Secara keseluruhan, harga yang ditawarkan cukup baik untuk area ini. Hotel kecil yang bagus, lokasi strategis dekat MRT, bus, kafe, dan restoran. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Mereka punya masalah antara aplikasi dan hotel dan kami tidak memperhatikan waktu check-in. Tiba-tiba hotel melaporkan bahwa kami meminta untuk check-in pada jam 10 malam meskipun kami tidak memberi tahu apa pun. Dan kami tiba jam 12 pagi, mereka tidak mengizinkan kami untuk check-in dan meminta kami menunggu sampai jam 10 malam bahkan jam check-in mulai jam 2 siang. Entah apa yang penting baru sampai pada waktu check-in normal daripada harus menunggu sampai ada pemberitahuan check-in di aplikasi yang kita sendiri tidak tahu. Seberapa baik pelayanan ketika melihat pelanggan datang dan meminta mereka menunggu di lobi?

Saya kehujanan, capek dan merasakan munculnya flu ketika melihat promo 3 jam seharga 50 dollar Singapura. Saya ingin check-in dan mandi serta menginap. Saat saya masuk, resepsionis memberi tahu saya bahwa kamar jangka pendek sudah penuh saat ini dan hanya kamar semalam yang tersedia seharga 70 dollar Singapura. Saya mengambilnya. Diharapkan lebih murah untuk harganya, jadi ketika saya sampai di kamar saya (kamar 207), saya terkejut. Pintu kamar sesuai dengan ulasan sebelumnya. Wifi cepat. Hal terbaik tentang hotel ini adalah lokasinya dan harga yang wajar. AC masih berfungsi, tapi sepertinya sudah lama tidak dibersihkan. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini bagi mereka yang transit di sini dan memiliki anggaran terbatas. Anda dapat meninggalkan barang bawaan Anda di sini dan melakukan tur singkat di sekitar area tersebut.

Kamarnya kecil tapi bersih, tapi saya mendapat kamar di lantai 3, tetapi liftnya rusak. Katanya akan diperbaiki pada hari pertama check-in, tapi sampai hari keempat kami menginap disana, liftnya masih rusak. Jadi kami harus bolak-balik membawa koper dari lantai dasar ke lantai 3, begitu juga sebaliknya saat check-out. Lokasinya dekat dengan MRT dan halte bus.
