- Mixed-gender groups of three or more are not allowed to stay together, and refunds will not be provided for violations of this policy.
- Excessive noise or loud disturbances during your stay will result in a warning, and if continued, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
- For random room assignments, a standard room will be provided. Refunds cannot be requested due to the inability to select a specific room.
- All rooms are assigned as city view by default.
- Outdoor terrace rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of check-in. Refunds will not be provided for this reason.
- In accordance with government regulations, complimentary disposable amenities are not provided in guest rooms and are available for purchase at the front desk if needed. We appreciate your understanding.
