Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur and reservations may be canceled.
In the event of a simple change of mind or cancellation due to customer circumstances, a cancellation and refund fee will be applied.
If you smoke in the room, you will be charged a special cleaning fee, a refund from the next customer, and a claim for damages due to the inability to sell the room.
No refunds will be given for admission to minors who are not accompanied by an adult.
Pets are not allowed in the room.

- Grand Suite, Premier Grand Suite type KRW 20,000 per person over the age of 7 per night when adding extra personnel, free for preschoolers (including bedding)
- Admission is not possible because the maximum number of people including infants and toddlers is exceeded.

Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00
Late check-out is available for up to 3 hours at a cost of KRW 10,000 per hour. (Subject to availability and may be restricted depending on circumstances.)
Your room number and password will be sent via text message on the day of check-in.
The office is located inside on the 1st floor. Please follow the signs (green banner) to find us.

If underage guests are found, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund, and the guest will be required to vacate the property.

[Consecutive Stay Information]
- For consecutive stays, towels and bottled water are provided daily.
