今回は朝食はつかなかったが、スタッフの対応はとても親切で丁寧で非常に好感を持てた。また室内も清潔でホテル内にランドリー設備やプール、ジムがあるのもとても便利でした。近くにはコンビニや飲食店も多く便利、駅も近くて各地へのアクセスも良い。コスパも良くて非常に満足した。

Fantastisk ophold fra start til slut. Morgenmaden er fremragende, ikke buffet, men bestilt fra menukort. Personalet enormt hjælpsomme og venlige. Beliggenheden perfekt tæt på hoved-metrolinjen der forbinder andre linjer. Vil helt sikkert bo her igen hvis muligheden byder sig ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room is modern with a lot of space. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. The location is very accessible to transit and walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. I will definitely stay here again if I will go back to Seoul.

This will be my 4th stay at this hotel. We loved that we were so centrally located and the subway station is so close by. It was walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and museums. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They provided complimentary luggage storage prior to our flight. They can even arrange airport transportation. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was in a good area, near train station and near many restaurants. It is quiet at night and walkable distance to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. Hotel room was quite big and washroom was a good size. There is also a gym and swimming pool.

お部屋が広くて、バスタブも大きくて豪華でした。フロントの方々も皆さん笑顔で親切でした。若い男性の方でしたが日本語で一生懸命説明して下さり有難かったです。お部屋のお掃除をお願いするのを忘れていて、タオルだけ頂き、出かけて夕方帰って来たらお部屋のお掃除がしてあり嬉しかったです。南大門や明洞にも歩いて行けて良かったです。近くに美味しいお店がありました。とても良いホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

Das Personal war Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß und hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück a la carte war sehr lecker und auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen. Der Pool war auch gut, wenn auch etwas kühl. Die Lage ist sehr gut zu erreichen und auch für Sightseeing, Essen etc. sehr gut. Der einzige Mangel für mich ist, dass sehr stark das „Green-thinking“ beworben wird (Handtücher und Bettlaken nur bei Bedarf wechseln, geringer Wasserdruck führt zu weniger Verbrauch), was natürlich super ist. Die Umsetzung funktionierte leider gar nicht. Es wurde das Bett für 3 Nächte frisch bezogen, die Handtücher trotz Aufhängen täglich gewechselt und sogar die Bademäntel und Hausschuhe täglich gewechselt bzw. weggeworfen. Der Wasserdruck beim Pool in B1 war sehr stark, lediglich im Zimmer schwach und sehr unkomfortabel mit langen Haare. Es wirkt eher als Green-Washing oder vielleicht auch gute Vorsätze. Die Umsetzung klappt allerdings leider nicht. In Summe hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel jeden empfehlen.

Heel fijn hotel, ligt op loopafstand van vele bekende hotspots zoals Namdaemun markt en Myongdeong street, maar ook het Gyeongbokgung paleis. Personeel vriendelijk. Ik zou hier zeker weer reserveren.
