The pool heating system has been upgraded so you can enjoy a warm swim even in the cold winter. The pool water is maintained at a mild temperature of over 30°C.

[Property Introduction]
All rooms are private units, making this property ideal for families, friends, and couples seeking a private stay. The pool is kept at around 28°C, allowing for water activities year-round. Additionally, every room is equipped with a water slide, making it highly recommended for guests with children.

1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms (standard configuration)
2nd Floor: Currently not in operation.
* Bedding is provided according to the number of guests reserved.

[Information]
ㅁ 15 towels are provided per night; no additional towels will be provided, so please keep this in mind.
ㅁ Bedding for up to 10 people is provided; no additional bedding is available.
ㅁ The standard occupancy is 6 people, with up to 4 additional guests allowed (total maximum 10 people, including infants and children). An extra charge of 20,000 KRW per additional person applies. Due to frequent disputes and complaints regarding exceeding the maximum occupancy, this policy is strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding.

- The pool is large (7m x 3.5m x 1.2m, about 30 tons of water) and requires 3–4 days of preparation, so please book in advance rather than on the same day.

Parking and Wifi are available. Facility usage may vary depending on weather and on-site conditions. Please note that inability to use facilities is not a valid reason for a refund, so be sure to check availability before booking!

[Additional Guest Fee & Infant Policy]
