[Minor Guest Stay Restriction]
Only guests aged 19 or older as of the check-in date are allowed to stay at our property.
Therefore, even if a guest turns 19 later this year, they will still be considered a minor and will not be allowed to check in if their 19th birthday has not yet passed as of the check-in date.
Minors are strictly prohibited from staying without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
This policy applies without exception, even if the minor brings a parental consent form or the reservation was made by an adult on their behalf.
If check-in is denied due to an attempt by an unaccompanied minor to stay, any prepaid accommodation charges will be non-refundable.
