The facilities are quite new, and the environment is immaculate. It is a highend hotel on jeju island that comes with utensils, grocers, swimming pools, etc. Communication is relatively smooth. People are made to feel at ease by the cleaning staffs greeting.

The hotel is close to the airport. There are many places to eat and shop. The staff is very friendly. Large, spacious rooms for people traveling with others. Water pressure is strong, my first shower was very painful.

This hotel is frequently used when i visit jeju island. The location is excellent, making it convenient to utilize public transportation. It has the quality of a luxury hotel, and the service is topnotch. Additionally, the internal restaurant operation is commendable!.

From the outside, the hotel appears a little antiquated, but the interior of the room could have used some updating. The overall appearance is straightforward and spotless. On the 10th floor of this main building, rooms facing north offer sweeping views of sea. Additionally, relatively young and enthusiastic service personnel are present. Its in incredibly convenient location for dining, shopping, and taxi rentals. A short distance from the airport, it only takes about 10 minutes to get there.

The hotel is close to the airport and has many trendy retail stores nearby, and the room is tidy and spotless. Although the gym and swimming pool are charged, they offer discounts of up to 100,00 per person for each person. A few suggestions would be to have a more welcoming receptionist.

During our trip to jeju, we spent one night here. The hotel is wellmaintained, the rooms are roomy, and the location is excellent. A few restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, as are some massage parlors. In addition, there is a little casino in the lobby.

Great location, easy to access. Lots of good restaurants around. We booked 3 nights under different room confirmation, the first checkin was not great because the staff is quite rude, but on the second check in the service is helpful and considerate.

The hotel is also in a prime location. Shilla duty free shop is across the street, and it takes ten minutes to walk from lotte dutyfree shop. There are restaurants on supper street nearby, which is quite prosperous. It is very close to the airport. A taxi costs 7,000 won. Highly recommended.

The rooms are a little outdated but adequate. The only negative is that the sound insulation is very poor. Not recommended if you are sensitive to noise. Excellent location, hotel facilities and service staff.

Shilla duty free shop is directly across the street from this place. The location is excellent. Ive stayed here before, but this time i chose to stay here. There is a lively neighborhood nearby. Additionally, the hotel is immaculate. Its quite handy for shopping because there is an gs 25 mini supermarket in the lobby. Thats not awful.
