I highly recommend this address. We had a wonderful time with my friends. The place is well placed, in a central place of Seoul, not far from many bars and restaurants. However, the place is very calm. The room is not very big but comfortable and clean. Moreover, the prices of the room are not expensive.

There are two mom guesthouses in Myeongdong run by the same owner. The one we stayed in had to walk up a small slope to the guesthouse, about 10 minutes' walk from Myeongdong Station. The guesthouse lacks signage. The owner and his family are friendly and proficient in English. Breakfast, wifi, and laundry facilities are available. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable.

The guesthouse was a little challenging to locate because most cab drivers have no idea where it is. The rooms were adequate, if only the loft with a bed underneath had more head space! It was unfortunate that a bed was under the loft. I used a solution to move my bed right next to the other bed on the landing to at least sit up without bumping my head on the loft. The floor heating took a while to heat up the room, so you will need to wait for a few hours before feeling the room heating up. Except for the guy who welcomed us, the hosts do not speak English, but I never saw him for the remainder of our stay. They serve bread and hardboiled eggs in the morning, coffee, and marmalade for bread. I must say, very friendly hosts. It is near nasal tower, but a bit far from other tourist attractions. Having said that, we had to take a cab to nearly anywhere we go, albeit it is winter and it's snowing and we prefer taking the cab than walking in the snow. So traveling around the region would probably be a little simpler if it were a different season.

This hotel is recommended for both long-term and short-term stays. The location is ideal for a peaceful night, and the hotel is so close to the nasal tower for a beautiful walk in the morning, Myeongdong for shopping and sightseeing in the evening, and so many places I can get to in less than 15 minutes. The guest house is spotless, they have a healthy breakfast, and there is a projector where I used to watch my favorite movies at night before falling asleep. The family is lovely and always willing to assist me with everything I needed.

What we got here was an incredible experience. Despite our last-minute decision to cancel our first guest house, which had been scheduled three months before our trip. The owner of the Mama Guesthouse welcomed us and made us feel at home. It was a pleasure talking to her because she speaks English well and her daughter can speak Japanese too. They are warm and welcoming. Don't expect too much from their breakfast, but you can get it in a cozy cafe close by. I suggest avoiding starbucks. I'm very happy with your trip.
