■ Damage / Loss / Defacement Policy
- The property is not responsible for safety accidents, loss of valuables, or damage caused by the guest’s negligence.
- Additional charges will apply for damaged or lost items/amenities.
-Guests are liable for damage caused by moving appliances or furniture.
-Guests are liable for damage caused by unauthorized use of the folding door.
-All compensation costs may vary depending on the vendor’s repair estimate.


■ House Rules / Usage Information
-Minors are not allowed to stay.
-The primary guest checking in must be 19 years old or older. Minors (under 19) are not permitted to stay without a legal guardian. Exceptions may be allowed only if supporting documents (e.g., guardian consent form, proof of relationship) are submitted and approved by the property, depending on the property policy. If you cannot stay due to missing documents, the property does not guarantee cancellation or refunds.
-No pets allowed. If discovered, immediate eviction may occur.
-All rooms are non-smoking. A penalty fee will be charged for smoking.
-A replacement fee will be charged if the room key is lost.
-Basic tidying up is required upon check-out (washing dishes, sorting trash in the room).

■ Mandatory Notes (Must Confirm)
- A guarantee card is required at check-in (charges may apply in case of damage or paid usage).
- Entry is not allowed if the maximum occupancy is exceeded (standard 4 guests / max 6; standard 6 guests / max 8).
- However, up to two preschool children under 7 years old are not counted toward the occupancy.
- For stays of 4 nights or more, one in-room housekeeping service is provided free of charge (additional cleaning requests beyond the free service will incur extra charges).
- Due to hygiene reasons, the water purifier and ice inside the refrigerator cannot be used.
- Rental items and baby supplies are provided free of charge, and availability can be confirmed depending on same-day stock.
- Room photos are representative examples; specific views are not guaranteed, and the actual layout, furniture color, etc. may differ.
- Among bed types, “FUTON” refers to one set of traditional Korean-style floor bedding (a floor mattress and quilt), used by laying it directly on the floor.
