Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Triple, Executive Double Room, Executive Triple Room and Premier Triple Room have no view.

I. Check-in Requirements & ID Verification
Solo stays are allowed for guests aged 20 and above only.
Guests under 19 may stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
At check-in, you must present:
The credit card used for the reservation (or another credit card under the same name), and A valid passport or government-issued photo ID.
If you do not meet the above requirements, check-in may be restricted. Please contact the hotel in advance.

II. Occupancy Rules & Child Policy
If the number of actual guests at check-in exceeds the number of guests in the reservation, additional charges will apply.
Additional charges are not included in the total reservation amount and must be paid on-site at check-in.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy for the booked room type, stay may not be permitted, and you may be required to book an additional room on-site or check-in may be restricted.
Children aged 0–4: Up to 1 child per room may stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Children aged 5–7: Up to 1 child per room is allowed, with an additional charge of KRW 22,000 per child per night.
Children aged 8 and above are considered adults. Please book a room that matches the standard occupancy.


III. Air Conditioning / Heating Operation
Deluxe Double/Twin Room, Deluxe Triple Room, Executive Double/Triple Room, and Premier Double/Triple Room do not allow individual in-room control of air conditioning/heating and are operated by a central cooling/heating system.
Central cooling and heating operate only during peak summer / peak winter seasons, respectively.
Suite-type rooms allow individual air conditioning/heating control during the summer and winter seasons.

IV. Disposable Items & Non-Smoking Policy
Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor) are available at the front desk for an additional charge.
This property is 100% non-smoking in all guestrooms and all indoor areas.
If smoking is detected in a guestroom or any indoor area of the hotel, deodorization and special cleaning fees will be charged per incident.Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
