キッチンや電子レンジのある部屋を選択しました。買ってきたものを温めて食べられてとても便利。部屋も広いし、アメニティも揃っていて不便はありません。スタッフの方も親切。タクシーの手配をお願いすると、道路まで出てタクシーを止めてくれました。一人の方は日本語が通じました。

ホテル周辺には飲食店がたくさんあり、駅チカで利便性はとてもよかったです。部屋は少し古さはありますがとても広く、この価格で宿泊できてよかったです。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で日本語での対応もしてくれました。

在還沒住宿前老闆提供非常多的資訊，讓我們在整趟旅程中非常的實用，而且感受非常貼心。對待小朋友非常友善，小朋友很喜歡老闆。在環境上整體很乾淨，每日都有人打掃；不過就是如同大家說的，設備上有些許的老舊，所以冷暖氣的聲音有點大聲，浴缸附近沒有可以擺放衣服或是毛巾的地方，這一點有點不太方便。

I stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The location is very convenient and all the staff are very helpful. Mr. Son will recommend food and attractions around busan. He also teaches how to use the subway, trains and buses. I highly recommend staying at queens hotel.
