Hotel ini mewah dan berlokasi ideal di seberang pantai Haeundae. Semua fasilitas terlihat baik-baik saja sampai kami meminta isi ulang sachet kopi dan mereka mengatakan tidak memungkinkan. Kami meminta tambahan kasur atau selimut untuk anak saya. Mereka mengenakan biaya yang sangat mahal untuk keduanya, yang kami tolak dan menghabiskan kedua malam dengan tidur yang sangat tidak nyaman. Ini adalah tanggapan yang sangat mengecewakan. Karena merupakan hotel kelas atas dan berlokasi sangat strategis, layanan pelanggan seharusnya menjadi prioritas utama dan kami tidak meminta banyak.

Saya benar-benar menantikan kamar dengan pemandangan laut di hotel ini. Lokasi, sarapan, staf dan gaya hotel secara keseluruhan sangat bagus, tetapi suaranya terlalu buruk. Pengalaman menginap di sana sangat buruk dan kamarnya sangat kedap suara. Pada malam pertama saya sering diganggu oleh suara pintu sebelah yang ditutup (terdengar seperti seseorang mendorong pintu Anda terbuka secara langsung). Keluarga saya memberi tahu saya, saya tidak percaya pada awalnya, tetapi ketika saya mendengarkan dengan saksama, saya merasa sangat mirip. Pada saat itu, saya benar-benar ingin meminta hotel untuk menyesuaikan layar. Yang lebih besar adalah lapangan latihan baseball di lantai bawah pukul 00:46, dan orang bermain baseball. (suara keras dari pemain bisbol aluminium saling mengetuk, apakah staf hotel benar-benar tidak tahu?

Namanya hotel bintang 4, tapi pelayanannya tidak maksimal. Hari pertama saya menitipkan barang bawaan saya lebih awal. Saat ingin jalan ke konter, dua staf tidak ada yang melihat. Hotel tepi laut modern ini adalah penemuan yang luar biasa dan pengalaman menginap kami sungguh luar biasa. Kamar-kamar bersih dan berperabotan lengkap merupakan perpaduan antara kenyamanan dan gaya, menawarkan pemandangan laut yang indah, dan fasilitasnya, termasuk pusat kebugaran, kolam renang, dan lainnya, memberikan pengalaman yang luar biasa.
