As of June 1, 2024, the room cleaning is conducted every 2 days for the purpose of environmental conservation.On days when room cleaning is not scheduled, the housekeeping will not enter the room, and a fresh set of towels will be provided at your door.If you wish to have your room cleaned, please either inform the front desk or use the touch panel in your room by 12PM on the day.
Except for Family Twin room, all single, twin, and triple room types cannot accommodate children.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 6 cannot stay together in rooms without a double bed. The rooms available for children are Standard Double, Hollywood Double and Family Twin.

The high floors are from the 17th to the 19th floors.

1. This property operates a centralized heating and cooling system, so air conditioning is not available from mid-September to March.
2. Parking is not available at the property.
3. The property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, cars are not allowed within the area from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The closest drop off zone is at exit# 8 of Myeongdong station(Line#4), 3 blocks away from the property. For guests arriving before or after these hours, please ask the driver to drop you off in front of the property.
4. This hotel requires a credit card information or cash for deposit. In case of cash deposit, the amount of KRW 100,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
5. The maximum number of children allowed is different for each room. Please check the detailed room information.
6. The Standard Single room is located at the corner and does NOT have any windows.
7. There is no balcony/ terrace in any room type except for Premium Twin room type at this property.
8. Special requests are non-confirmed requests and may not be reflected depending on the hotel situation.
