2回目の利用です。地下鉄の駅もすぐですし、バス停もとっても近いので、歩き疲れてもすぐに帰れる所が気に入っています。コンビニも近くに2件あるのでその点も便利。スタッフの方も親切な方が多い印象です。またぜひ利用したいです。

My wife and I stayed at Sosetsu for six nights.The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is well maintained, and our room was nicely designed, cleaned daily, and conveniently set up. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, able to supply information, maps, and a Seoul tourist guide, and avaliable to assist with questions guests may ask. My only critical observation is breakfast choices were limited compared to what we've seen in other four-star hotels, and didn't change from day to day. My suggestion would be to provide more breakfast variety, and change morning dining choices for guests staying more than a day or two. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was immaculately clean, so no problem with the setting, just that the offerings were limited.

The hotel facilities are great. Near the subway station; easy access. I think the only problem I had was that the housekeeping was inconsistent. At times everything was cleaned up but sometimes dirty cups were just left without being touched. Left us abit confused on what are expectations we should be having during the stay.
