*Basic Information
• St. John’s Hotel is located at 307 Changhae-ro, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do.• To help save the planet from the suffering caused by single-use plastics, St. John’s Hotel provides eco-friendly, large-capacity shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. All single-use amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers can be purchased from vending machines located in the hotel.
• St. John’s Hotel is a non-smoking property, including all guest rooms and the entire building. (A one-night room charge will be imposed for violations.)
• Parking is free for one vehicle per room per night.
• For additional vehicles, a fee of KRW 10,000 per night will be charged.
• Valet service is available at KRW 20,000 per entry/exit.
• The Pine Infinity Pool is a four-season heated pool, while the Ocean Infinity Pool operates only during the summer season.

*Pet Policy
• St. John’s Hotel has separate pet-friendly rooms; pets are not allowed in regular rooms.
• Pet-friendly room policy: Standard rooms (up to 2 dogs), Suite rooms (up to 3 dogs)
• Pet amenities (snug house & mat, pee pad, bag, towel, bowl, shampoo) are provided for 1 dog; up to 2 dogs can stay per room. (For large dogs, only 1 per room is allowed.)
• There are no breed or weight restrictions for pets, but legally designated dangerous breeds and aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle.
• When moving inside (or outside) the hotel, please use a pet stroller, carrier, or leash, and observe pet etiquette.
• Pet strollers are available for rent at the front desk (1F) on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The “Cabana (Jacuzzi)” in the Pine Tower Infinity Pool is a paid facility and incurs an additional fee.
• If staff need to enter the room, please ensure your pet is in a cage or on a leash for safety.
• The hotel and staff are not responsible for accidents or loss of pets due to the guardian’s negligence.
• Pets that bark excessively or show aggression toward other pets or people may be asked to leave without a refund.
• If your pet causes harm or an accident to other guests or pets, resolution is the responsibility of the parties involved; the hotel and staff are not liable.
• Never leave your pet alone in the room (or outside). If hotel property is damaged by your pet, restoration costs may be charged.
• If your pet causes damage, claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs to other guests (or staff), you are deemed to agree to compensate the hotel accordingly.
