[Check-in and Room Assignment]
Check-in requirements: The name on the reservation must match a photo-bearing ID (e.g., passport). The named guest (main guest) must be present at the property to complete check-in.
Room assignment: Actual rooms may differ from the photos shown. It is not possible to request or guarantee a specific room number or floor.
Minor guests: For stays involving minors, a guardian consent form (hotel template) and a copy of the guardian’s ID must be submitted. Additional supporting documents may be requested if necessary.

[No-Smoking Policy]
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
If indoor smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee (Penalty) of at least KRW 200,000 will be charged, and depending on the severity of the violation, the guest may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

[Facilities Use and Lost & Found Policy]
Heating and cooling: Depending on the season, either heating or cooling will be provided. The system cannot run heating and cooling simultaneously; please take this into account when using the facilities.
Room damage and soiling: Guests may be charged for costs to restore the room if fixtures are damaged or if bedding and amenities are soiled.
Valuables and lost items: The hotel is not responsible for personal items left unattended. Found items will be stored for one month and then disposed of; perishable food items will be discarded immediately.

[Refund Policy]
No refunds or room changes will be issued for reasons related to the above items (insufficient documents, room assignment, heating/cooling, smoking, or eviction due to damage).
