チェックイン前と後とで荷物の預けもできるし駅から近いのも非常に歩いてて楽なので助かりました！！冬は暖房効きすぎて暑いぐらいなので乾燥対策はしっかりと、窓を少し開けながら温度調整すれば大丈夫でした(*^^*)

住了五天非常不錯，除了浴室很小洗澡後整間會全濕以外，其他都非常不錯，交通便利，帶了兩個30吋行李箱能完全打開的空間，外面在下雪裡面有暖房，櫃檯服務也很棒很親切，能寄放行李。

Checking in was a breeze n location is good with transport accessible to all parts of seoul. However hotel does not provide amenisties such as toothbrush, water etc which is ok. Room size wise is decent for 2 pax

フロントのスタッフにタクシーを呼んでもらったら11月2-3日は梨泰院がハロウィンだったらしくアプリでタクシーが全然つかまらなかったのですが、ホテルの外に走っていたタクシーをつかまえてきてくださいました。荷物もタクシーまで運んでくださったり本当に良いスタッフでした。担当してくださったスタッフの方、感謝しています。ありがとうございました！

立地は文句ありません。 2日目はタオル交換がありましたが、3日目はタオル交換がありませんでした。特に事前案内もなかったように思いますが、ルールだったのか、不明です（このとき体調不良でロビーに行く元気もなく、単に諦めました）

初めての韓国ひとり旅に利用しました。決め手は、目の前に仁川空港行きのバス乗り場があること。迷わずチェックインできました。また、最寄りの地下鉄入口に、エスカレーターがあるとの事でしたが、それは止まっていて使えませんでした。しかし、交通の便が良く、どこに行くのもスムーズでした。施設は、最新のものではありませんが、清掃がキレイにされていて快適でした。ベッドがフカフカで、気持ちよかったです。

立地は最高です　DDPまで徒歩約3分東大門エリアの問屋街　広蔵市場　約10分周りに飲食店多く　美味しいお店も多いですホテルのスタッフさんも　日本語で対応頂き　とても親切でしたお部屋は少し古めですが　こじんまり落ち着きます一つわがままを言えば　トイレにウォシュレットがあれば嬉しいことと　シャワートイレ一体型なので　シャワー後　トイレはビショビショでした　しかし工夫すれば何とかなりました次回も是非宿泊するつもりですフロントスタッフの皆さん　ありがとうございました
