Excelente alojamiento ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica, a pocos pasos de la plaza mayor. La habitación contaba con un baño bastante amplio y limpio, así como con una cocineta bastante conveniente. Todo se encontraba en buenas condiciones y muy limpio. El check-in autónomo es bastante práctico, sobre todo para no estar presionado en caso de llegar tarde a la ciudad.

Kjøkkenet var ok. Litt trangt. Men fungerer. Naboene bråkte. Man kan høre naboene snakke. Ingen treningsstudio. Brannalarmen gikk og gikk. Men ingen røyk og ingen brann. Overalt det gikk bra.

The rooms were great mattresses and pillows super comfortable -bathrooms was perfect , small kitchen was a bonus. Laundry was available on upper floor-the location was very convenient !!!

The building was nice and well maintained. With the online check in, i was sent an email with the code to enter the main door and upstairs door. I was not sent my room number and spent an hour outside the doorway on the floor of my room sending WhatsApp messages and trying to call the management. No one answered for at least 45 minutes. Once this was resolved all was okay until one evening there was flood from the bathroom above, showering my bathroom with water for awhile. Again, I tried to call and send messages and finally after nearly an hour they resp onded by Message that someone would come to bring me extra towels. On my last morning the smoke alarm went off and rang for an hour until someone came from another building to turn it off. Many of the other guests made our ways down to the street concerned and not knowing what was going on. All of us had sent messages and no response came until an hour or so, saying the alarm went off because someone had been smoking in their unit. I was packing to check out and losing this hour for the fire alarm was inconvenient and concerning. I would not recommend staying in a place where the management is virtual and slow to respond with inconsistent responses. It did not inspire confidence and in the end I did not feel safe in such a place. I had a seven day stay and asked for some clean towels and that the garbage be emptied and was told i would have to pay 40 euros for an entire housekeeping service for the room.

Positiv: Die Lage ist phantastisch, 1 min vom Plaza Mayor weg mitten im Herzen von Madrid. Hübsches Zimmer, modern, kleine Küche, schönes großes Bad. Negativ: Sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn. Kein Shampoo oder Duschgel, innerhalb 1 Woche kein Handtuchwechsel oder Zimmerreinigung.

Não nos deixaram entrar uma hora antes com pretexto de limpeza do apartamento e ao entrarmos o quarto estava sujo e sem limpeza alguma. Fizemos contato e pela primeira vez nos atenderam pelo WhatsApp. O endereço da acomodação não aparece no app de transporte tendo dado em outro local. Resumo: muito bem localizado mas a equipe muito ruim de atendimento e não nos atenderam a contento. Tivemos uma estadia boa mas o início foi muito ruim.

⭐ 1/5 — Do not stay here I want to save anyone considering this property the experience I had. I arrived just before midnight to find my access code only worked for the building entrance — not my floor or my room. With no staff on site, I spent 90 minutes on the phone being asked to send photos, videos, and confirm my details multiple times before someone eventually opened my door remotely. I was promised a follow-up call with a fix. It never came. The next morning the fire alarm went off at around 08:30. Again, no staff, no fire marshal, nobody responsible for the building. I evacuated and stood outside for close to an hour while the alarm continued sounding. Eventually a cleaner arrived, switched it off, and walked away — no investigation, no explanation, no confirmation it was safe to go back in. I then couldn't get back into my room and spent another 30 minutes on the phone. Later I was called and told to pack up and move to a different building entirely. In the first 12 hours of my stay, I spent more than half of that time on the phone, in corridors, outside during a fire alarm, or moving my belongings. The fire alarm situation alone should give anyone pause. A 45-minute alarm with no trained staff and no all-clear before guests re-entered is not just poor service — it is a serious safety concern. Hotels.com, who I booked through, were unable to get a response from the property when I raised a formal complaint. Make of that what you will. Avoid.

Llegamos a las 22h y la habitacion estaba completamente sin arreglar, el baño aun con indicios que se acababan de duchar. No paso limpieza, luego hemos estado mi pareja y yo 30 minutos en el telefono para que jos co siguieran otra habitacion en otro hotel cercano. Muy amable el tipo del telefono pero tomo tiempo. Luego toco llamar de nuevo para que abrieran remotamente y eso tomo otra media hora. Luego al salir a cenar no podian darme codigo asi que tuve que volver a llamar para que abrieran. Ningun gensto por parte del serviocio al cliente por todos los inconvenientes, ni descuento ni nada. La primera habitacion nos gusto mucho, la segunda mas o menos. Super céntricos.

The room was nice. Smelt like sewer. I contacted property they took for ever to respond. Then they send a maintenance guy to fix it. He said he fixed it. Next day tell them it still smells. Ask for another room. They said while I was out of my room a maintenance guy came again and fixed it. When I got back to room they night still smelled of sewer. Try to let them know and checked out the next morning. Their communication sucked from the beginning of checking in.
