I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

H10 Gran Tinerfe is excellent, 3rd visit in 10yrs this July, and we loved every moment spent there. All staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Tony from the evening restaurant deserves extra special mention, he goes above and beyond and makes the stay much more special. Rooms are in great condition, and kept clean throughout, we’ve stayed in high floor sea view, Mountain View in the past, and most recently the bungalows which is situated on the edge of the pool, these rooms were very nice and convenient. There is entertainment on all throughout the day and night, plenty to do and see both at the hotel and around it. Looking forward to booking next years visit already! When visiting Tenerife, we’ll only be staying in H10 Gran Tinerfe!

En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Su proximidad a la playa y a las principales atracciones turísticas nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestras vacaciones. Además, las vistas desde nuestra habitación eran espectaculares y añadieron un valor incalculable a nuestra estancia. La calidad de la comida fue otro de los puntos fuertes de nuestra experiencia. La variedad y frescura de los productos, junto con la excelente presentación y sabor de los platos, nos dejaron muy satisfechos en cada comida. Felicitamos al equipo de cocina por su dedicación y profesionalismo. Quisiera hacer una mención especial al trato recibido por parte del personal del hotel, que fue excepcional. Ottima struttura, personale molto disponibile. Colazione per ogni tipo di esigenza. Cena fantastica. Piscine molto confortevoli. Posizione ottima x passeggiate e fronte mare. Camere pulite e ampie, tutte le camere hanno un ampio balcone con vista fantastica. Alla sera diversi spettacoli a tema. Da raccomandare veramente.

Overall I had a great time. The hotel was nice with beautiful views. The only problem I had - I booked all inclusive just to find out at checkout room service was not included. They never made that clear until checkout. But besides that miscommunication, I enjoyed my stay

Great location, next to the beach, restaurants & bars. Our room was a good size with a balcony. There are three pools (1 heated) & a couple of jacuzzis. The animation team are really welcoming and put on activities in the day, including stretching, rifle shooting, table tennis & French boules on the beach. Evening activities include games and entertainment such as acrobats, comedians, dancers and musicians. The breakfast & dinner buffets have a wide choice and are of good quality.

Splendida posizione, Staff professionale, attento e sempre sorridente, Stanze e area privilege ottime. Animazione perfetta con splettacoli serali coinvolgenti e curati. Un hotel che offre moltissimi servizi e dove il cliente viene coccolato davvero. Nelle zone contigue negozi, locali e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal porto dove è possibile prenotare gite in barca a vela o catamarano veramente uniche per vedere delfini, balene e tartarughe.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe - it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with cava to the end of the trip when our taxi arrived 2 minutes after calling it, the service was fantastic and reliable. With half board of breakfast and dinner, the buffet offerings were varied enough to keep us interested and the staff in the restaurants were extremely friendly and professional. We are not activities people in general, but we really enjoyed the entertainment at night in the theater, with everything from bingo to flamenco dancing to an Elvis impersonator. The pool area was huge, with enough space to sit in a different spot every day and not see the same thing (and one of the pools being heated was a big plus). The Sunset Bar was perfectly named and we did enjoy a beautiful sunset over drinks. Finally, beach access and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants only a 15 minute drive to the airport made this a great, convenient spot to settle down for 4 days. We would love to be back!

Tolles Hotel, Zentral gelegen, immer freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Wunderschöne Zimmer 1105 & 310. Kommen immer wieder gerne. Einzig was etwas verbessert werden könne ist der Guest Service. Diesen benötigt man jedoch nicht immer oder oft. Von daher ganz gut.
