This hotel is very nice and has spacious rooms. The staff is helpful, the room is clean and well maintained. There is a view from the balcony which is good, especially at night with the sunset and city lights. You can get tastier breakfast buffet for 7 euros. Unfortunately the location is quite far from town and there are no direct public transportation services. But overall, this is an excellent hotel. We will come back here again next time we visit madrid.

I would not hesitate to stay at agaoin. I stayed here while visiting the madrid tennis open. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant is relatively small, the food and service are excellent.

I would not hesitate to stay at agaoin. I stayed here while visiting the madrid tennis open. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant is relatively small, the food and service are excellent.

Our room was clean and the staff at the hotel were very helpful especially the receptionists are amazing. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were also very kind and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. Breakfast has a really limited selection. Also, if you plan to visit the city center all the time and come with id bring utmost convenience, please note that all entries are subject to 2.45 euros. Its ok to be stray from the town center, but driving for 15 minutes will get you to the busy places. Staying here will help you avoid paying much like in the downtown area.

The location of this hotel is challenging to comprehend. The staff was excellent, the restaurant was good, quiet, and clean, our room had a great view of both old and new Madrid! Very helpful information. Our gps only would take us through i toll pass road which appears to be only for semi and delivery trucks, but still go through it anyway. Let the tolling booth operator know you are staying at hotel merader, they will let you pass through without charge. After the tax area, there will be the first road leading to the hotel. Excellent service, ambiance, cleanliness, peace and quiet in the dining area.

It takes around 20 minutes to get there from the city center. There are two elevators available, each can accommodate four people. The room is tidy and roomy. However, the lighting is insufficient, making it a little dark for us. Hot water is pleasant. Restaurant food is adequate. With bread, there are limited options at the breakfast buffet.
