This in town hotel exceeds our expectations. We ate in the bar restaurant and the more formal restaurant during our stay although the neighborhood is filled with dining options within easy walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the mattresses are a bit firmer than we are used to.

The good and bad things are that it's close to 2 metro stops and a bus stop in front of the door and the helpful staff. If other hotels weren't available, will you come back? As a diamond ambassador, I was upgraded to a king premium club with a balcony from a premium room. It's the middle ground between spanish and american. It's not directly in the city center, but in the embassie district with no club access, so I had to pay extra for it, and there were no more points to mention the friendly staff breakfast with good coffee and all kinds of egg dishes to order. I had a weekend voucher which helped it has to be your taste, it's the middle ground between Spanish and American.

In August we stayed here as part of a precise extension with Viking. The hotel is first class in every way. I like the breakfast options and the bar area. I don't think I've ever encountered a friendlier reception. There are also dining options within walking distance.

There is so much to worry about when staying there despite the fantastic service that you will receive from the employee and how friendly they are. And then, they have so many amenities that make the room so nice and clean. Subsequently, the breakfast is very good with the buffet service that was provided. Then, if you want to get the lobby service as well, just go to the room that was clean and comfortable.

When I wanted something, everyone gave it their full attention! Great professionals and people. Sadly, I can't highlight anything more. Old rooms, old furniture that should be of high quality, but if you look back over time on the bed, on the table, or in the bathroom, the food is very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was good, but not what you would expect from a high-quality hotel, not made to order eggs for example, I discovered last day that the eggs could be ordered, but no one offered them. I attended meetings in their meeting rooms with a defective air conditioning and hot, and the food was poor and sad during lunch and coffee breaks.
