I remained for one week on work. Every employee, from the front desk to housekeeping, to the restaurant, was welcoming and helpful in every encounter. The lobby is large and colorful and offers pleasant vistas of the pool and city, and there is an outdoor lounge with comfy seating and plants. I enjoy taking public transportation and walking. My closest metro is a stopover walk, so it's no problem for me. Both the neighborhood and its small and large businesses are secure. Whether I arrived at the rp or went out to catch a metro at the beginning of the day, I was always comfortable. Each nearby metro stop felt completely secure and clean. During the week, I used four different stations to leave and return from the hotel, and each station was clean and safe. It was enjoyable for me to walk to and from them in 10 to 20 minutes. Lastly, the brunch menu was vast. They have more variety than you could possibly eat in one meal.

We came from Cabana cuba so exhausted amin opened the door to us with the biggest smile we felt at home. He helped us by all giving us 2 modern rooms. New so good, clean shower, and the best breakfast, but we were late. Good quality breakfast. This hotel is not in the center but very easy to move by bus and metro amin told us all and the lovely cristina she is so nice. We had a bad experience in the center they took our wallet and came to the hotel tired cristina helped us so much with everything we recommend please book this hotel!.

We arrived from Cabana in Cuba so tired amin opened the door to us with the biggest smile we felt like home he helped us with all two modern rooms. New so nice, clean shower and the best breakfast and we were late. Breakfast of high quality. This hotel is not in the center, but so easy to move by bus and metro amin told us all and the lovely cristina she is so nice. A wonderful experience at Novel City Las Vents. Booked two premium rooms from 11 to 14 October. We were upgraded to the first floor executive rooms. Never slept so well. Bed very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Also the room is very quiet and there is no outside noise. Such a pleasure. Plasma to the wall with a wide variety of foreign channels. Coffee and tea in the room. Slippers and dressing gowns are also available. My son had a connecting room which was very convenient. The receptionist staff was especially pleasant. Shame there is no business center. The hotel shares a lift with ibis customers because both hotel are in the same building. Lower floors are for ibis customers. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the metro vents. Also 15 minutes over the bridge to the metro Parquet de las Agendas. Bus 53 is a 4 minute walk away, and it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center. There are many connecting buses in Madrid. More pleasant than the metro. We bought a 4-day pass at the airport for euros 22 and the pass grants you access to buses and metro and transportation to the airport. I bought passes at the airport so you can use it immediately. Cable cars were a great way to see the city. The prado museum is free after 6 o'clock. If you want a quiet night away from

I stayed for a week for work. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff members were welcoming and accommodating to all interactions. Spacious, lively lobby with nice views of the pool and city, outdoor lounge with comfortable seating and plants. I enjoy walking and taking public transportation. The closest metro is a terminal walk, so it's not an issue for me. The neighborhood is safe and residential, mixed with small and large businesses. I felt comfortable the entire time, whether I arrived at Rp or went out while it was still dark to take the metro at midnight. All nearby metro stations felt completely safe and clean. I used four different stations to leave and return from the hotel throughout the week, and they were all clean and secure. My 1020-minute walk to and from them was enjoyable. Breakfast was big. There is more variety than one food, there is more variety.
