Todo muy limpio y ordenado, exactamente igual a como se mostraba en las imágenes, muy buena ubicación dentro de Ciutadella. Perfecto para un par de días de conocer la ciudad.

Hemos tenido una estancia con encanto, la casa es típica menorquina en pleno casco antiguo en una zona peatonal muy tranquila y a la vez muy cerca andando del puerto antiguo. La habitación y cama muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y el baño con ducha y bañera clásico muy coqueto y amplio. La cocina y patio común da opción a prepararte desayuno. Repetiriamos la estancia, gracias!

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Teniamos coche y fue muy facil aparcar cerca de la plaza central born. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Preferimos hospedarnos en Ciutadella y fue buena opcion ya que la mayoria de las calas quedaban cerca. En la habitacion se escucha facilmente lo de las demas habitaciones, pero para nosotros no fue problema. La habitación que nos tocó, tenia el inodoro y la ducha abierta, osea que no habia como separacion entre cuarto y baño lo cual si vas con amistades o pareja puede llegar a ser incomodo al usar el inodoro o la ducha ya que para ir a la ducha, tienes que pasar por el cuarto desde el inodoro o lavamanos. Pero en general estamos felices por la calidad precio del lugar y la ubicación.

Amamos o lugar, no meio das ruelas lindas e pitorescas de Ciutadella. Não tem café da manhã e isso foi ruim... mas tbm obrigada o visitante a buscar por lugares e conhecer um pouco da vida do local.

Nos gustó todo en general. Tiene encanto. Lo que no nos gustó tanto es que la habitación tenía el techo muy bajo. La cual cosa tenías que ir agachado por la misma. Y la otra cosa es que preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check out más tarde y no nos respondieron.

La cuisine commune est froide (non chauffée) fin décembre début janvier et n'est pas équipée de moyen de cuisson. Les chambres, elles, sont OK.

Hotel was good value for a night's stay. But a curtain seperated the bedroom for the bathroom.... So little privacy. Also in summer tge smoking courtyard and communal kitchen are right outside your do, so would be noisy. Location though is perfect for town.

The shower wall was badly stained. Dangerous frayed rug which was a trip hazard especially if going to the bathroom in the night. No wifi connection unless close to the front door. The smell of cigarettes was disgusting. Dirty rug on landing. Untidy landing. Dirty floors. No plug in the bathroom sink. The hanging space had no space for a dress or pair of trousers because it was above the shelf where you would put hand luggage. Shutters wouldn’t open. Generally very run down.

Very clean property and nice room. You have to be very close with your partner as there is only a curtain to the bathroom. Kitchen facilities and drinking water was useful. Location is brilliant too, 15min walk from the beach buses and you're a 5-10min walk from the port. Sadly you can hear EVERY noise in the hotel, all conversations. It'll depend on guests but quite a few came in late. People are allowed to smoke in the little front porch which is trapped in the hotel and is noisy for anyone in the first room next to this area.

El "hotel" es una casa rústica restaurada. La habitación era relativamente pequeña y no tenía ningún armario para poner la ropa. Entre la habitación y el lavabo no había una puerta de separación, con las consecuencias derivadas de ello: falta de intimidad e 'impacto ambiental' de ciertos usos del lavabo en la habitación. Teníamos que pasar tres noches en este "hotel" pero, tras la primera noche, decidimos irnos a otro hotel.

No había nadie en recepción nunca, por lo que la comunicación era complicada. Al principio nos asignaron una habitación, después otra y al final una tercera, todo por comunicación via whatsup. En la habitación definitiva no funcionaba una luz de una lamparita de la mesita de noche, y el enchufe del labavo no funcionaba, con lo cual no se podía usar ni el secador de pelo ni la máquina de afeitar eléctrica.

I don't usually leave poor reviews but I think it only fair to let others who are thinking of booking this accommodation what they can expect. No kettle or complimentary coffee/tea or water. This I could live with, if it wasn't for the other issues. A TV (minus a remote) that did not work. No towels, unless you count something resembling a tea towel as a bath towel. No cups available other than plastic cups. When speaking to management about there being no kettle, their suggestion was to put a cup in the microwave. Not sure how practical or safe this would be with a plastic cup! Again, I could probably tolerate all of the above, but waking up at 3am with a cockroach on the bed looking at me really was the last straw! Unfortunately, it was not a lone cockroach! When I reported all of the above to the management their response was to suggest that I must have been hallucinating!!!
