Out of all the hotels I have stayed at, this one I would definitely recommend. I frequently write reviews, both positive and negative. It's obviously to provide buyers with a good idea of what they're getting for the money spent. So let's get right to the point. The on-duty hotel general manager, My Rex a. I. Nijhof, immediately set the tone for our visit. He was an outstanding gentleman who was completely sincere and compassionate and committed to offering the best possible stay at Sheraton Stockholm. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of the city. The staff was attentive and polite. We could not have asked for a better stay. It truly added to our three-day stay. I really want to thank Rex and his staff. A great stay, clean rooms, and friendly service! I strongly suggest Sheraton Stockholm for your next trip to Stockholm Sweden! Without a doubt, we'll be back!.

Very pleasant hotel. As always, the beds are wonderful. Really comfortable. The room is modest but suitable. Construction is noisy due to the building next door in the courtyard. The staff was very good. The only thing was when I checked in, my desk in the room was soaked in crumbs. It hadn't been properly wiped down.

The location is directly across the bridge from the old town, you can go to all the sights, literally right on your doorstep. And then, the sauna was wonderful. After that, the room size was big, with big beds, hot showers, luxurious bathroom amenities, including nordic water in glass bottles in the fridge, slippers, bathrobes, and bathrobes. Afterward, the room had a sauna. Afterward, they served a fantastic breakfast, as well as a cafe serving Swedish food in the lobby. Subsequently, the location is great, with an abundance of amenities just over the bridge from the old town.

I have a beautiful stay, and a delicious breakfast. Staff are very helpful and have amazing facilities. I will be back and recommend it to everyone who wants to have a comfortable stay. In the room, the food is also very good.
