The hotel boasts spacious and spotless rooms. Although the hotel is only a 30minute walk from the city center, it provided an excellent opportunity to explore the neighborhood. While the elevator is quite small, there isnt much you can do because it appears to be older. The staff members are friendly, and i would like to express my gratitude to the front desk staff member (whom ill forget his name but is primarily based on ten years of experience and assisted me in checking out at 3.00 am. I extend utmost gratitude for him!.

the room is very spacious, comfortable, there is a spacious and soft sofa. the location is very quiet, suitable for a family vacation. close to the location of the bus stop number 11. only 10 minutes to the downtown. The staff is very helpful.

During my brief trip to geneve, i had a pleasant stay here. Although not in the city center, it is conveniently close to frequent trams and buses that travel there fairly quickly. The checkin process was simple, and there were complimentary beverages as well. Remember to request the complimentary travel card from the hotel! The standard room was nice and not cramped, with space for luggage and clothes storage, sockets next to the bed. Bathroom was clean and userfriendly. However, the wifi was the only drawback, which in this day and age should have been provided faster.

Very practical hotel in genua. Excellent service and staff. For allergic people, the rooms are large and clean, without carpets. In the summer or in the water tap, there may be an odd sewer smell, but i suppose it is a neighborhood issue. When compared to other towns, hotels in genevese are generally very poor, however, this nh hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed here more than once and will undoubtedly return. The staffs friendliness, eager to resolve any issues, is one of the reasons why guests feel so at ease. They also speak spanish, italian, and french as well. It was noted that they also communicated with both french and english. There are only fewer bus stops from the united nations and the city center nearby. My starting point for my business trips to geneva!.

Business trip to nato organized, practical and direct by free public bus transportation. Nice breakfast full of fresh products. The room is clean and big enough to work in. Kind staff willing to help and provide 4 star service.

The staff is amazing, they are all simpatic and all speak more than one language. The service room is perfect and if you dont want it, there is a drink. They have good parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near most tourist attractions. The staff also provided a free public transportation pass, which was very useful in getting around the hotel in general. Breakfast is delicious with dozens of cooked and cold options, including donuts. Rooms are well sized, clean and modern. Also able to provide i 3 person room which is perfect for my family. A great place to stay while in Geneva.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, in my opinion. Beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast and i would definitely recommend it. It is conveniently located. The staff is courteous and prompt. Spacious rooms and free transportation cards are provided.

We had a good stay here. Large comfortable clean room overlooking the courtyard. Fully open window. Camille at the reception was helpful and friendly. Lots of amenities in the room. A bit out of the way from anything but still reasonably close to the center.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city but very quiet. Anaas at the front desk was great. He made us feel at home from the beginning, responsive, attentive to our needs, and gave really good recommendations for a nice restaurant. This is i will come back to stay at this hotel again.

We have spent four days at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, train station, and tram station. Its rooms are tidy and wellmaintained. I had a great experience during my stay here. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Its location is good, the town center is easily accessible by bus and trams if you dont want to walk. Room was neat and comfortable. Recommended place to stay unless you are in the city of geneva.
