Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or skincare items. To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products. A cleaning fee of TWD 12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms or on balconies. Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a TWD 6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
Starting on 1 January 2025, this hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities.
The property doesn't provide extra bed service. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.
The room type will be based on your booking. Please note that the bed configuration can NOT be changed and the extra beds are not available. If you need to change the room type, please contact the customer service of your booking channel for assistance.
