地點不錯，旺中帶靜職員態度誠懇有禮同層只有四戶，大大降低嘈吵機率。不足的地方：通風口眾積塵埃衣櫃有霉味，歷史太悠久了，不敢放衣服在內。洗手間也有霉味希望有一天能為房間們做深層清潔或重新裝潢改善通風問題。

トリプルルームに泊まりました。あまり良くない口コミもあり心配していましたが、実際に訪れると何の問題もありませんでした。午前中に到着し荷物だけ預ける予定でしたがご厚意で早めにチェックインすることができ、部屋で休憩することができました。口コミにあった部屋のにおいは全く無く、清掃も行き届いています。タオルも毎日交換されます。トイレやエアコンも問題なく機能しました。冷蔵庫の冷却は口コミにもありましたが控えめでした。スタッフが本当に親切で英語を話せる方もおり、時には翻訳アプリを使ってコミュニケーションをとってくれます。朝食やレストランはありませんが、ホテルの近くには安くて美味しい早朝から深夜まで営業している店がたくさんあり困りません。すぐ近くにセブンイレブンもあります。部屋にはコーヒーやお茶、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、櫛、綿棒、歯ブラシセット、髭剃り、ドライヤー、多めのハンガー、無料のペットボトルの水などが揃っています。とても良い滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

가성비로만 보면 아주 괜찮아요 시먼딩역 근처라 이곳 저곳 먹거리도 풍부하고 볼거리도 많고 한국 명동 같은 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 곳에서 가까워서 좋아요^^ 단지 안좋은건 오래돤 건물이다 보니 습하기도 한 나라의 특성 때문에 객실이 덜 쾌적한 느낌 이것만 빼면 직원분들도 친절하고 위치도 좋고 경제적이어서 좋아요^^

建物は古く、エアコンの温度設定をしても室温は変わらず、作動音や換気扇の音が大きいですが、電源を切ればとても静かになります。　掃除のスタッフが少ないからなのか、フロントで申し込んで４時間経過しても部屋掃除は終わっていませんでした。しかし、清掃員の対応はとても親切で良かったです。１泊、約6000円の激安価格なのに、洗浄機能付きトイレなのでとても満足でした。　タオルはコロナの影響で使い捨ての不織布です。とても驚きましたが、吸収力が高く、すぐに乾き、衛生的なので逆にこのタオルで良かったと思います。近所にコンビニもあります。朝食はレストランが閉店しているのでありませんが、ホテルから歩いて数分の店で使える100元分のクーポン券が貰えます。また利用したいと思います。
