Excellent and friendly assistance when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and respectful when checking in our room. However, the lounge window was quite crowded, but it was still very accommodating to our requests. We had a good time in the hotel during our stay!.

Hal paling menonjol dan terbaik dari hotel ini tentu saja pemandangan lanskap kota Taipei dengan jarak pandang ke taipei 101 yang pas. Di hotel ini kita dapat menikmati pemandangan taipi 101 langsung dari kamar dan kolam renang rooftop di lantai Hotel ini menawarkan banyak pilihan menu sarapan dan semua pilihan memiliki rasa yang baik! Jika Anda memiliki akses ke horizon klub, kami dapat menikmati sarapan secara eksklusif di sini dengan pilihan menu a lah carte. Saya suka kamar shangrila karena luas dan sangat bersih dengan desain modern. Kenyamanan kamar di shangrilla membuat saya takjub, begitu juga dengan keramahan dan pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan. Kolam renang di roof top juga dapat dinikmati sepanjang tahun karena kolam shangria adalah kolam terbuka yang heated pool. Jacuzzi juga tersedia di sini.

Menginap selama 4 malam, layanannya sangat bagus di seluruh area. Ruang fitnes lengkap dan memiliki staf yang membantu. Hotel ini juga memiliki beberapa restoran yang bagus untuk dipilih dalam jarak 200 meter, tidak perlu berharap makan di hotel. Tersambung dengan perbelanjaan mal mewah yang juga menawarkan tempat makan. Saya biasanya menyukai kamar dengan kamar mandi berukuran bagus dan lemari pakaian yang luas. Harganya agak mahal tetapi layak untuk lokasinya, kepraktisan dan layanannya.

Saya menginap di hotel ini pada bulan September 2012. Suami saya menghadiri konferensi di hotel yang sama sambil berjalanjalan di taipei. Kamarnya luas dengan jendela kaca besar dengan pemandangan tai pei 101. Ada kamar tempat menyimpan koper dengan pintu yang kakiku. Kamar mandinya berukuran pas dilengkapi tv kecil dan ruang shower. Ukuran kamar dan kebersihannya mengesankan saya, dan setiap hari keranjang buahbuahan disediakan, terletak di samping mal yang banyak terdapat tempat makan, juga dengan toko serba ada. Harapannya berlimpah dan bagus! Salah satu pasar malamnya dekat hanya dengan berjalan antara menit. Juga dari stasiun hanya 10 menit. Staf sangat membantu memandu jalan ke destinasi lain. Sangat mudah mencari taksi dari depan hotel. Hotel memberikan kartu nama dalam tulisan cina untuk ditunjukkan kepada sopir taksi. Kolam renang di atas atap memiliki pemandangan kota yang menakjubkan baik di siang maupun malam hari! Kolam renangnya sangat luas! Mendapat waktu yang menyenangkan saat menginap di sini dan terima kasih kepada Shangrila hotel saya mendapatkan pengalaman yang indah dan penuh kenangan.

Pengalaman yang luas biasa menginap di sini. Hotel mewah dengan standar internasional. Lokasi strategis di pusat kota. Kamar luas dan mewah dengan bathub. Ruang pertemuan sangat luas. Kolam renang terletak di lantai paling atas dengan pemandangan kota yang menakjubkan. Sarapan bervariasi namun tidak terlalu istimewa.
