Its a very nice hotel built on a cliff. This means great views, class photo opportunities, and very long and steep walks to some rooms. There are 2 pools, the main pool is quite large and has a great view of the bay. It was a workout especially in the heat. There are buggies bringing customers up and down, but you may have to wait for collection. Nevertheless, the place is beautiful, with plants and flowers making it look like a tropical garden. Ocean view coral lounge suite was our room. Very spacious, very bright with a great view of the beach and the bay. There was an odd smell in the bathroom over the last few days, i couldnt put my finger on it but it was not pleasant at all. A la carte breakfasts were delicious, freshly squeezed juice absolutely delicious, buffet was just ok. There are two restaurants there, buffet thai style and italian. The food was good, nothing too special, but we didnt complain. There are two pools, the main pool is quite large and has a great view of the bay. Overall, i would say the hotel is nice but nothing special. Im not sure if i agree with the 5 star rating. Its a good walk from the madness of thai (uphill to get home too! ), which was an advantage for us.

The hotel is exceptional in terms of service and friendliness. They are consistently excellent and always have a smile on their faces. The only issue i encountered was that the rooms were not kept up to standard and the furniture was outdated. I heard from the tour guide that this is the older part of the hotel, but i believe there is no justification for obstructing upkeep.

I ended up here because i couldnt get out of our previous accommodation. Quickly enough through my haste. I put the decimal point in the wrong place! Everything we got there for the price was what i expected. All the staff were very polite, helpful and had great views from the room we had. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great, great selection of food to have. Everyone catered to vegetarians, vegans and even healthy eaters. And a little bit from each continent.

The resort is conveniently located, and the staff is fantastic. Our suite's shower was unfortunately unfavorable. The water flow was incredibly poor, and the water temperature continually fluctuated from very hot to hot, to hot, to warm to cold. We expressed this, but nothing seems to have been done. We won't be staying in the mari again, though. We will. This was our journey to pocket and our home along the way. We enjoyed it. Mari was a lovely resort, and we will undoubtedly return soon. We stayed in a very pleasant suite that provided us access to the club house, where a very good breakfast is served, as well as exclusive access to the fully functional private gym. Book a room that provides access to the club house, we recommend. The resort is in a fantastic location, and the personnel was excellent. However, the bathroom in our suite was not pleasant at all. The water flow was awful, and the water temperature fluctuated continuously from very hot to hot, to hot, to warm, to cold. We made an effort to report it, but nothing seems to have been done.

Lokasinya tidak jauh dari pusat kota Patong. Disarankan untuk menyewa sepeda motor untuk kenyamanan lebih. Tamannya sangat luas dan sarapannya enak dan bervariasi. Ada acara beli satu bir gratis di kolam renang pada sore hari. Sangat cocok untuk menginap di hotel sepanjang hari dan bersenang-senang. Restoran Italia tempat Anda bisa makan malam sangat enak.

We stayed here on honeymoon. They decorated our room for us when we arrived, which made it extra special. The staff were great and the location was great too. The views are beautiful. We recommend this hotel because we really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We would stay again.

The hotel is nice, but it could use renovation and modernization, especially in the common areas. The room was nice, but the ac was quite noisy. The food in the large breakfast room was average. There was a large choice, but there was a lot of choice. La gritta restaurant is under average, both pasta and pizza. Great views of the bay and lots of green everywhere. Get ready for lots of walking up and down because the hotel is on a hill. You can use the hotel taxi to get around. There are no beds and service right on the beach. The water was not clear. I saw jellyfish. The pool was quite warm and not refreshing.

We spent Easter at the amari. Fantastic service, delicious food, and excellent service, excellent location (walk to patong but far enough away that you feel like youve escaped the noise, lights, and fast pace). Would return! Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a special relaxing holiday.

Ive stayed here three times already. The welcome drink is excellent. Its a peaceful spot in the middle of nowhere, with stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. 711 is a tenminute walk away.

Overall, i would suggest staying at this hotel and would return. Excellent hotel with helpful personnel. I stayed in a coral suite, and getting to the rooms requires climbing several stairs and is challenging, but the hotel does offer a shuttle service. I did have a few unsatisfactory encounters with the food, but they were quickly resolved.

A true fivestar hotel with hospitality. The service is really prompt. Breakfast options are plentiful, including indian cuisine. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and wellkept. 24 hour shuttle service for pickup and dropoff. Gym, swimming pool, massage center, childrens and toddler playhouse, shopping, and merchandise are all available. All of the rooms have a view of the sea, and the morning views are simply breathtaking. Water sports activities are only available at the hotel. The hotel is large and has many stairs to climb, so you may feel a little worn out, but there is a lift available for guests convenience. The reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. The luggage management is excellent. All in all, a true luxury experience. Must stay at a hotel in thailand. If you find this review helpful, please share it with others.

We didnt stay here, but we came for afternoon tea and had a great time. You check in at the hotel lobby and the staff will call a buggy to pick you up and drive you to the tree pods. You arrive at your own tree pod in a quiet secluded area and someone is already there to greet you. The table is ready when you arrive. It was already a great experience! The treepod itself is very unique and it was nice that there werent many bugs or mosquitoes to ruin the experience. The tea and food itself were not bad but could be better.

We were supposed to stay in block 12s oceanfront room, i believe. We were able to upgrade to club house level from the reception desks assistance, which was much too small. The club houses rooms and service were excellent. Every day at 17.30, make sure you visit the happy hour. Throughout our tennight stay, Bau and his team were flawless. We were not let down by our first visit to thailand.
