This location is not recommended. Far from the main events, Yai beach is amazing. A peaceful setting with a few neighborhood restaurants. We spent three nights in the Barn Panburi village. Although the bungalow-style cottages are not well-kept, the location is magnificent and full of plants. Before picking up ours, we spotted five houses. There were some bugs nesting in some of them. The main house has a toilet that is tucked between the ground and the roof. With the same budget, we were able to locate better accommodations in several resorts on Yai Beach.

This place is amazing. The location of this place is really beautiful and in the center of the city. The staff is very welcoming and kind. But unfortunately, at the last night, the staff were so rude and did not even ask me if I could stay there. Besides that, they allowed me to stay in their place and do so many things, so I hope this is a good place for you. Hopefully, the people who come here will be helpful, but what I got here was very disappointing.

Overall, we would remain a little further north on the same beach and couldn't understand how they get away with charging 1600 a night. We stayed in hut 3 for 5 nights, it was clean enough, we weren't afraid of cockroaches or mosquitoes, and it was in an amazing location. The staff was not particularly helpful or interested in us. No credit cards are accepted despite the stickers advertising that they do. The room was cleaned once in 5 days on request. The mosquito net has holes. Good mattress but pillow is ridiculously hard.

The service here was very good. Even though it's Thai, you won't get the same exact service as in western countries. The hotel facilities here were quite complete. The room was also very clean and had a wonderful AC unit. There is a big bathroom there.

The location of this place is close to the popular thong noi pan yai beach. It takes a short stroll to walk there, and behind that, there is a small main road with a few bars and restaurants and a 7-11 store. The huts have a restaurant on the beach that offers excellent service and excellent views. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean but has plenty of hot water. The garden may be a little tacky, but nothing to bother us or ruin our enjoyment.
