What a hidden gem. Booked this last minute. Pleasantly surprised as there were mixed reviews. I suspect people looking for all the creature comforts from home. I was given my own bungalow. Big room and huge bathroom. AC worked great, I had not water anytime I needed it. Has a rustic/bohemian vibe which I loved. Tucked away so it’s quiet but also super close to the market and restaurants. Breakfast in the more had multiple options. By far my favourite stop on my 21 day trip around Asia. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel is located by the river and the gardens are lovely. We had a end room with a porch and a river view. The room was comfortable. The hotel is showing some wear but it's rustic and charming and a good value. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very accommodating even though their English is limited. It is the perfect place to relax.

Super nice and friendly staff, especially the hotel owner! Perfect location in pai that is a quick walk to the main strip with all the bars/ restaurants. Breakfast was included and had a buffet along with a la cart items the staff made to order. Room was super clean, big, and overall nice. Would definitely recommend!

this hotel was awesome! we stayed for 2 nights in May and had 2 bungalows and 1 room for 7 of us. its located 2 minutes away from the "walking street" in Pai and right around the corner from the rasta bar and many other bars/restaurants. the main pai river goes through the property, and there is a great view of the sunset. there is also a scooter/motorcycle rental place across the street if you are looking to explore the town. the property was well maintained and rooms were kept clean. nothing but good things to say about this hotel

One of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the river and gardens. Perfect location - only a couple minute walk away from the best restaurants and bars in Pai. Really friendly hotel staff - you could tell they really cared about the place

This hotel is very unique and Is absoluely beautiful. The rooms had a lot of charm with doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The bathroom is a good size and the river is very close by. The location is great! Stay here and be sure to ride an elephant at Thoms while you are in the area. Pai is a great place to visit and this hotel helped make my trip to Thailand an amazing experience.

Stayed for four nights and enjoyed a lot. I had the bungalow by the river and the location of the bungalow was just great by the Pai river. There was a nice own terrace. The bungalow was nice and clean and have really nothing to complain about it. The staff was friendly and the house dog and cat too. Also breakfast was excellent and wifi worked just well. The location of the guesthouse is quite good as bars are close but still there is enough peace.

Although the guesthouse location is not too close to walking street, actually its just about 10 mins walking distance, it gains a comfortable environment, river view, well spacing and peaceful. I would like to stay here again when I come to visit PAI next time!

2日間滞在。車道から少し入ったパーイ川沿いの立地。川沿いのコテージだったので、専用テラスで川を眺めながら過ごせました。コテージはランナー様式で風通しも良く、蚊や虫もほとんど見ません。(トカゲはいます。)ただ、週末だからか、近くからの騒音が深夜まで聞こえました。全体的には満足です。

Great room, was very clean and the staff were great. Everything is nearby and within walking distance..it had an inroom frisge to keep water and drinks cold. They did have a TV but I never used it.

Finding the hotel can cause an accident. The main street is full of bikes going to fast and cars not looking. In the 2 days we stayed we saw 3 small bike acccidents. Once there, the staff was great, room a bit small. The bed was so close to the wall I had to curl my toes to squeeze between the wall and the bed frame. Room was clean. Security of the room consisted of a small pad lock. But for the things we really needed it was fine. Matress was comfortable, shower was hot and the grouds were beautiful. The garden was great. Many trees of different orgins. Once in the resort it was very quiet. We could hear the nothing but nature. The sounds of loud bikes was so faint. It was very nice. In the morning the breakfast was ok. Rice soups, Eggs, fried rice, hotdogs, noodles all warm. Cold ham, toast, oakmeal, coffee and juice. Not much but filling.
