Kami menghabiskan 3 malam di Centara. Itu sendiri adalah fasilitas baru yang bagus. Namun, menurut saya harganya sangat mahal, lebih massal daripada kelasnya. Sebelumnya kami menginap di Ritz Carlton di Samui (dengan harga hampir sama dan Ritz lebih murah). Jika Ritz Anda merasa lebih eksklusif, di sini lebih masif. Kursi berjemur dengan cepat hilang di pagi hari dan masih banyak lagi yang terjadi sepanjang waktu. Gelas air yang Anda dapatkan di kolam juga sudah agak usang sehingga saya tidak suka minum darinya. Akan lebih baik jika botol-botol kecil dibagikan dalam kotak es yang bisa Anda sajikan sendiri (seperti yang terjadi di Ritz). Tentu kita bandingkan sekarang dengan kunjungan ke Ritz Carlton sebelumnya karena kisaran harganya sama dan Ritz lebih murah. Ini mengingatkan saya pada liburan Mesir atau Turkiye. Sejak dini hari, lebih dari 21 kursi berjemur dipesan hanya di tepi laut dengan handuk selama beberapa jam tanpa ada orang di sana. Saya menunjukkan hal ini ke hotel, mereka mengatakan mereka akan memperhatikannya tetapi hanya setelah 3 jam yang menurut saya terlalu lama! Ini bukan liburan dan sama sekali tidak mungkin. Jika tidak, sarapannya enak dan kamarnya kecil tapi bagus. Namun kami mengharapkan lebih banyak ekslusivitas dalam hal harga dan tidak akan kembali lagi.

Amazing hotel. Luxurious and indulging. Breakfast is incredible, pool is very nice and the beach infront of the hotel is beautiful. Staff was vet helpful and they allowed me late checkout which was meaningful. Room was very well designed, modern and clean with nice pampering touches like the free minibar a daily , yet a bit small. App is easy. Food for lunch and dinner could improve. Come here you will not regret!

It was my first visit to Centara, and it was even more charming than the photos. In particular, all the staff were so friendly that I felt happy every time I made eye contact. (Thanks to Fah&Sao☺️) It is a very attractive space, except that the gym is a bit small and the water cups provided are not clean.

Saya dapat check-in dengan nyaman dari awal berkat respon ramah dari staf PEPE. Berkat aplikasi untuk tamu resor, saya dapat dengan mudah mengirimkan permintaan saya dan saya sangat puas dengan respons yang cepat. Kondisi ruangan sangat bersih dan bagus. Namun ubin di dekat saluran pembuangan kamar mandi agak kotor, tetapi secara keseluruhan semuanya bersih. Fasilitas termasuk restoran, bar, dan pantai terawat dengan baik. Lobinya sangat bagus. Tidak ada serangga di dalam ruangan, tetapi jika ada makanan manis, semut mungkin tertarik. Semua minibar tersedia gratis. Ada banyak vodka dan minuman lainnya. Itu membuat saya kenyang setiap hari. Sarapan disajikan dalam prasmanan dan pemesan meja. Makanannya tidak bervariasi, tapi rasanya tidak enak. Saya menggunakan BAR. Saya terkejut bahwa stafnya ramah dan harganya murah. Harga kurang dari 10.000 Won per minuman (ada yang mahal) Saya minum koktail bernama Popcorn dan koktail dengan lavender dan saya sangat merekomendasikan lavender! Jika seseorang yang saya kenal pergi ke Pulau Samui, saya ingin merekomendasikan tempat ini! Saya sangat puas!

Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners might be a good option for management to consider.

Bland de bästa hotell som jag har bott på. Konceptet är att allt ska kännas öppet och vara ett med naturen, vilket de verkligen har lyckats med! Allt genomtänkt från temperatur i rummen till rent och praktiskt. Rummet var modernt och rent med alla bekvämligheter. På rummet erbjuds strandväska, flip flop eller vad sägs om 2 stycken olika varianter på badrockar (linne & bomull)? Frukosten 10p med både a la carte och buffé. Acaibowlen med choklad var oslagbar. Närhet till fantastisk strand och gym i absolut toppklass så är Centara ett minne för livet.

Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, we were a family group travelling with a 2year old in the group & every small detail to accommodate the whole group were met. Every staff member without exception always greeted us with a smile & were always very helpful. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There is a great choice of restaurants & poolside drinks/food. Located directly on the beach is also a huge plus. The hotel grodbs & garden are kept to a pristine standard. All in all there is nothing not to like about this hotel & it is definitely a hotel we would all love to return to. Thank you everyone at Centara Reserve for an amazing holiday.
