The location was extremely remote and remote, right next to limestone rocks and caves. Bonsai Beach is a short walk away, and Bailey Beach is a little longer. There are a ton of caves to explore. We have no prior knowledge of exploring caves, but we explored some of them. Although we didn't do it, a lot of people were also rock climbing. Basic accommodations were expected without electricity during the day, and only from evening to morning. The bungalows were charming and very close to nature. Basic doesn't mean filthy. The restrooms, however, were unclean, according to us. There is also one power outlet that can be used to either turn on the fan or charge your phone at night, not both. The bar was fairly chilled does the job of the name, we only had beer, so I didn't comment on the cocktails. You may order food from one of the eateries I sincerely recommend, including the shrimp omelet.

Idr my advice to you, the traveler, to stay in one of the other locations in Bonsai and visit a chill out bar whenever you want for the great social scene and vibe! Bonsai is small, so you can reach the chill out bar anytime on foot in 5 minutes. The room we got was a double bed bungalow that is up the jungle path but a few houses would have been fine, if it hadn't been so filthy! The bed is comfortable and there is a beautiful strong fan. But. After our first night in the bungalow, we saw 10 mice droppings and a cockroach on the second night. The floor and walls were constantly anguished. The bathrooms are quite filthy everything is filthy, toilets look like they hadn't been cleaned since installation, mice droppings where you store your toothbrush, no division in the bathroom so everything becomes very wet and gross when you take a cold shower, etc. Now we know that it's a cheap jungle hotel, so it's entirely understandable that keeping critters out is difficult. But unfortunately for those who want to remain here, the critters do not actually stay here! The secret is that there is absolutely no reason to stay here if you want to experience the great nightlife and fire show etc. We had a great time relaxing at the bar, ordering

Bungalow in the jungle that has a simple design with a balcony, a large bed, a mosquito net, a fan, and a hot shower. The beach is amazing and not crowded at all. Baley West is only a short wooded walk away. But Bailey is much more touristy, more crowded, and more expensive. Bonsai, on the other hand, is more laid-back, less expensive, and less crowded. The complex is only accessible by boat. Our ferry from pocket was stopped by the beach, and they picked us up in a long-tailed boat and dropped us off at the beach. You literally jump into the water from the boat.

We would return. This is a fantastic location, but not for everyone. Excellent position, great atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff and visitors. We enjoyed Bonsai Beach a lot, but it is very effected by the tide, so when it's low tide it's very rocky and you basically don't swim. If you like it, it is very easy to walk to Railway Beach and railway is not too effected by the tide. It takes 10 minutes to walk. There are many climbers in Bonsai. The standard is simple and thinks worn out and occasionally broken. There are no hot showers. If this's fine with you, I believe you like or love the place. The food is delicious and very affordable. I think it's better to have a bungalow on the hill and away from the generator and the pleasant from the bar.

This review isn't for the bungalows as we didn't stay there. But now we know about it, next time we probably will. The food is amazing and cheap!, and the couple who run it are so nice. They were absolutely fine with dietary requirements, too via google translate. And the bar is great! lovely bar staff and amazing cocktails! Can't wait to go back!.
