- A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your arrival details upon completing the booking.

- Providing flight information e.g. flight number and flight arrival time is a mandatory for guests who made a booking with airport transfer.
-ArrivalAdvance booking, amendment, or cancellation is required at least 4 hours prior to arrival, else full charge will be applied.
-DepartureAdvance booking, amendment or cancellation is required to be performed at least 2 hours prior to the shuttle service departure time, or else full charge will be applied
