Kami segera melarikan diri. Meskipun reservasi kami dibuat 2 minggu yang lalu, mereka memberi tahu kami pada saat kedatangan bahwa hotel penuh, padahal tidak terjadi. Mereka akhirnya menempatkan kami dan kemudian meminta kami untuk menukar 2 kali lagi dan meminta kami untuk menambahkan lebih banyak uang. Stafnya buruk, kami akhirnya pergi setelah 5 menit.

At 9. March, we spent two nights at the hotel at the Kata rocks. The villa was fantastic, boasting a stunning sea view! The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The meals were both lavish and delectable. If you choose to stay at the hotel, you should definitely eat dinner at least once on the rocks, as it is a very significant experience! We are grateful to Kata rock for their outstanding hospitality!.

Staf memilih pelanggannya dan menolak orang di pintu masuk kolam renang "penuh" meskipun kosong. Kami tiba di sana pada pukul 10:59 (buka pukul 11:00). Staf yang sombong sulit memberikan manajer ketika Anda bertanya kepada mereka. 5000 Bath untuk masuk dan mereka membiarkan diri mereka berperilaku seperti ini. Sangat menjijikkan.

Cet hotel est un des plus beau de la region. Il est niché à part du tumulte des villes touristiques alentours ce qui en fait un havre de paix et de repos. Les maisons sont très bien équipé et vous permettent d’être autonomes avec suffisamment d’espace. Le gros plus la piscine privée qui permet de rester a l’écart des touristes. Le service est impeccable. Tout est organisable sur place avec le personnel de l’hôtel. Le restaurant est excellent pour un tarif raisonnable. Nous avons quasiment toujours mangé sur place ou livré dans la villa. Aucune mauvaise surprise a kata rock!

주방도있고 세탁기, 냉장고, 냉동고, 식기세척기,전자렌지겸 오븐 모두 지멘스 브랜드로 잘 구비되어 있어서 유용하게 사용했어요. 6살 아이랑 임산부, 아빠 셋이서 이용했는데 편안하고 위생적이라 좋았아요. 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 아름답고, 빌라 인테리어도 세련되서 사진도 예쁘게 나와요. 수영장도 매일 깨끗하게 유지해주셔서 좋았고, 풀에서 약품냄새도 많이 나지 않아서 아이와 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 방문 할거에요.

I came here for sunset drinks and booked a poolside table. Its an upscale venue with a pretty amazing view. Cocktails were great but expensive (Melbourne prices). The ride in the golf buggy was also fun. Worth checking out.

The resort is stunning! The twobedroom pool villa where we stayed was stunning, but there was a strong smell of sewage that we alerted the staff of, but nothing was done to fix it. Overall, the service was excellent, but management needs to review their payment policy. We extended our stay, which was paid for in advance, but were harassed by various staff members in person and phone calls over the next few days to pay for room service bills, etc. To the point that three staff members entered the door during our stay to chase payment and refuse to leave. Very strange policy for a fivestar hotel, and having stayed in many hotels, ive never experienced having to pay before checkout or being harassed like this. After contacting management, we did receive an apology and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a kind gesture, but we did feel that the experience left a slightly sour taste for the rest of our stay. Overall, a great place to stay if visiting kata beach a big thank you to the restaurant, room service manager, and waiter who went out of their way to keep us stocked up on the chefs amazing hummus!.

Lovely staff in a luxury resort. The only downside was a there was a party next door and we received no sleep. After visits from the hotel staff, I ended up screaming at the guests at 4.30 am and by 5.30 the music and shouting finally stopped. All we got was sorry from the staff and will report to the manager. We never heard from the manager.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels to stay at in Phuket and definitely the best one on the southern end of the island. It's location is also very convenient to restaurants and to make your stay even more convenient they'll drive you in their golf carts right from your villa to the main road where the restaurants and shops are and when you're done they'll come back and pick you up. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and their service level exceeded my expectations. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
