The hotel staff were really kind, especially the front office team and the head of security. He even helped me speak to the Thai driver on the phone when the driver got a bit lost. When I first checked into the room, I couldn’t close the window properly, but the housekeeper came and helped with that too. Very helpful. I didn’t have any issues with noise, since I got back to the hotel around midnight after the concert. I slept well, no disturbances at all. As a solo traveler who moves around a lot, I found the location very convenient. The hotel is right next to the MRT station, which made getting around easy. You can even leave your luggage in the hotel if needed. If you're looking for an affordable way to get to the city center, just go to Si Rat MRT Station and transfer to the BTS Green/Sukhumvit Line at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Station. It takes less than an hour (or more) and helps you avoid traffic. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers. It’s safe, convenient, and the staff are genuinely helpful. It made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable. Oh, you won’t find a toothbrush provided here, and you’ll need to request a hair dryer as well. Just in case you need them, it’s a good idea to ask before your stay. But if you forget, 7-Eleven is just a short walk away!

Sangat direkomendasikan, jika ada kesempatan bisa datang dan menginap lagi. Sangat bagus untuk tinggal dan menunggu untuk melihat konser artis favorit Anda di Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani. Tidak ada sarapan. Tapi itu tidak masalah karena ada banyak tempat bagus di dekatnya. Coffee shop berada di gedung sebelah, kamarnya sangat bagus, bersih, nyaman, asri, ruang tunggunya asri, recommended, kalau ada kesempatan bisa datang dan menginap lagi.

Saya mendapat kesempatan untuk menginap 16 malam di hotel baru, bersih, nyaman, tepat di sebelah stasiun BTS. Ada kafe, kamar bersih, tempat tidur nyaman. Fasilitas lengkap. Staf menyambut Anda dengan senyum. Ada tempat parkir yang aman. Ini terlihat sangat pribadi. Saya ingin menambahkan ketel air panas ke kamar.

Probably the best value for money accommodation ive ever experienced. I stayed at koo for two different trips to bangkok, and the staff were very friendly. The place was always in top condition, and the checkin and checkout processes were almost seamless. Bonus points for having a cafe within the compound that also serves good coffee!.

A very nice hotel, clean and simple, close to the concert venue. You can get a discount at the hotel cafe by showing your room card. The fact that there is a triple room and there is a 711 at the door is important. It is very costeffective.
