It was my 2nd stay after last year. Everything looked much better than last time. People were cordial and friendly, breakfast had varieties of items, environment was quiet and room service was as-needed. Overall, it was a good experience.

i have stayed here many times , many many years, a nice clean hip hotel . This last time the new manager Mr .Matt is very good and very helpful, i had a lot of problems due to airline loss of baggage etc, he really helped me . , fantastic stay . Great manager. Nice and safe hotel . it could have a better morning buffet breakfast , they should have more western food . Good staff. A very good stay .

The internet connection to the rooms was terrible, especially with the large one bedroom mirror and 2 bathroom mirror. The location of this hotel is very strategic. They have restaurants and nightclubs nearby. The villa market was good too. They also have 711 and fast food restaurants as well as coffee shop and starbucks. And then the wifi in this hotel was very poor. The second bedroom was big but didn't have a mirror. I really like it but the wifi signal in this room was bad.

Saya mencium bau yang kuat dari pemutih pakaian di kamar dan koridor. Terutama, bau pemutih pakaiannya sangat terasa di kolam renang dan pusat kebugaran. Bahkan, rekan saya dan saya harus berhenti olahraga setelah lima menit mesin lari dan cross trainer. Namun, kulit kami bereraksi di lipatan mata kami. Satusatunya hal baik adalah lokasinya hanya berjarak 10 menit dari stasiun Nana Bts. Karena itu, saya akan mencari hotel lain di daerah yang sama lain kali saya mengunjungi Bangkok.

Saya berlibur dengan suami dan temanteman. Kami memesan 3 kamar. Saat checking resepsionisnya kurang ramah dengan bahasa inggris yang buruk. Tapi hotel ini terletak di daerah yang ramai, 10 menit berjalan kaki dari BTS Nana dan 200 m dari Seven Eleven. Sepanjang jalan penuh dengan penjual makanan hingga bar VW combi yang sangat menghibur. Sayangnya kebersihan kamar hotel-kamar tidak terjaga. Lantai kamar seperti tidak dibersihkan. Dan sayangnya lagi tidak ada kolam renang.

Pengalaman kedua menginap di hotel ini selama perjalanan ke Thailand. Hotel ini memiliki bar di lantai atas, yang sangat bagus dan santai walaupun agak agak mahal dan juga ada sebuah kolam renang beserta ruang olahraga di sebelahnya. Kamarkamarnya modern tetapi mungkin juga hanya hasil perbaikan. Karyawannya cukup cekatan untuk membantu bila diminta pertolongan dan kami ditawarkan agar mandi dulu walau sudah checkout ketika kami baru pulang dari bangkok di hari yang panas terik.
