My 2 month trip to hatyai is my 2nd visit. I have complained about the cold breakfast served before, but this time they served a good breakfast, all served warm and hot. You guys did a good job listening to guests complaints. Thank you, and i will come back.

Excellent service. The receptionist, bellboy, and pool staff are all very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have balconies overlooking the pool. Good value for money. The location is not so central, which is the only thing that is less desirable. However, it is still close to 7-11, a pharmacy, a few cafes, and restaurants. I will gladly trade the quietness for convenience.

Hotelnya bagus. Semua yang ada di kamar bagus. Tamu utamanya adalah orang asing. Lobi saat check-in penuh dengan orang Melayu. Saya tidak tidur di malam hari, membuka dan menutup pintu terus-menerus, suara keras, tidak ada yang menjaga saya saat parkir.

The room is beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast only has more variety and more cuisine. There is no international variety at all. Please improve this. I stayed 4 days 3 nights. Thank you.

In general, the hotel has excellent amenities, and its personnel is really accommodating. There is just one area that needs improvement, the rooms floor. It would be preferable if there was carpeting to avoid noise pollution. I heard people pulling chairs all day long.

We stayed here for a 4day, 3night vacation. The room was spacious and smelled great. Fast internet. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from asean night bazar, but grab was always quick to respond. The only thing missing was an iron in the room, had to ask for it every day at the reception i had to return in an hour.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Dari sepuluh hingga seratus, staf tersenyum, kamar luas, kasur empuk, AC sejuk, TV jernih, air minum, teh, kopi di kamar, kamar mandi dengan pengering rambut, sabun cair, sampo disediakan, sarapan prasmanan lezat. Jika ada kesempatan, saya pasti akan kembali.

Saya dan keluarga baru pertama kali menginap di hotel ini, awalnya kami menantikan, tapi. Saya kecewa, ternyata tidak sebagus yang saya harapkan, tetapi tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa pelayanan dan sikap staf sangat baik. Masalahnya adalah lebih banyak nyamuk. Dan saya tinggal di lantai lima dan efek insulasi suara sangat buruk. Saya akan membangunkan ketika saya tertidur. Suara dari menarik kursi dan suara langkah kaki bisa diringkas menjadi satu kata: berisik, semoga bisa ditingkatkan.

Saya menginap disini untuk kedua kalinya. Pelayanannya bagus, kamar baru, cantik, bersih, tempat tidur dan bantalnya sangat empuk. Sabun dan samponya wangi banget. Sarapannya lumayan variatif. Ada suara anak-anak dan musik. Tapi kamarnya kedap suara. Setelah hilang, rasanya seperti mengisi ulang tenaga saya sepenuhnya. Ada juga kucing untuk menyambut tamu.

Would definitely return and recommend this to everyone! Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff! This is crucial, and you guys did a great job! Perfect location, especially if you want to explore the CheevitCheeva. Walking distance to 7eleven, pharmacy, street food, and tuk tuk. The staff was very kind to check if we were looking for breakfast as we arrived early. She even can arrange a car for us to chokdee dimsum. Keep up the good work.

The room is really lovely. I really appreciate the interior design. Each room has its own balcony. Plenty of room to park your car. Im grateful that the charger plug is the same as in malaysia.

Excellent accommodation, spotless, and cozy. When we requested information and made arrangements for our trip to koh lipe, the staff members were incredibly helpful. The only issue is that breakfast is served hot, despite its deliciousness.

Since ive visited thailand frequently, i have sincerely enjoyed their hospitality, whether its 3 or 5 star hotels, but i couldnt say the same thing this time. The front desk staff lacks initiative and are unwelcoming. Lucky for me, i only require assistance in requesting recommendations for individual tour packages. When i returned earlier at 330 p. M. On my third day, i discovered that my balcony door was always open. I was grateful that i had brought my valuables everywhere i went and not stored them in my hotel room. The room was excellent, it was roomy and spotless, but the balcony lacked privacy. The balconies are situated side by side and face the adjacent rooms. As a result, when lounging on the balcony, you are actually looking at your neighbors opposite. Apart from that, the location is excellent.

I will stay here if i return to hatyai. My review is based on my 4 days 3 night stay. Near to attractions such as asean night market and lee garden night market. Private parking space for hotel visitors. The room is nice and very comfortable. The cafe serves halal food. I dont eat at their cafe because i focus on food hunting around hatyai. The staff is nice and polite. Highly recommended.

My time in monkham was nothing short of pleasure and joy. The staff is amazing and well trained. There is a bar in the swimming pool and the price is quite reasonable. Its close to cheevitcheeva, a dessert cafe where you can enjoy and chill your day off.
