Forth times for this hotel!. It's locate at Chiang Mai Gate, very near to Saturday Walking Street, easy to go to other attractive place. Opposite the canal, there are local market at the morning and several street foods on evening. For me, the hotel price is valuable.

ที่พักกว้างขวาง แสงสว่างเพียงพอ สะอาดมากไม่มีฝุ่นและแมลง เตียงใหญ่และผ้าห่มก็หอมมาก เทียบกับราคาแล้วถือว่าคุ้มค่าในย่านนี้ เดินทางสะดวกใกล้กับประตูเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งมีคิวรถไปยังสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ด้านหน้าที่พักมีบริการเช่ารถมอเตอร์ไซค์ ฝั่งตรงข้ามมีตลาดประตูเชียงใหม่หาของกิน/ของฝากได้ง่ายมาก คืนวันเสาร์มีถนนคนเดินวัวลาย และวันอาทิตย์ถนนคนเดินท่าแพก็สามารถเดินไปได้ มีที่จอดรถยนต์กว้างขวางซึ่งห่างจากที่พักเข้าไปในซอยสุริยวงศ์ 1 ประมาณ 10 เมตร พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม สุภาพและให้ข้อมูลได้ดี ถือว่าสะดวกและคุ้มค่ามาก ข้อเสียมีอย่างเดียวคือ ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อตีกลับขึ้นมา ต้องเปิดพัดลมระบายอากาศตลอดเวลา แต่ถ้ามาเชียงใหม่ก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีก

位置超級棒，離清邁門根本就是一分鐘的距離，週六夜市完全就是在門口XDDD超級方便，也很安靜，很棒!!!雖然飯店不是特別新，但是房間和一般房間比算大。

房間舒適乾淨，地點好鄰近週六夜市，附近有Lotes、7-11以及市場。服務人員很熱心幫忙訂購外送pizza。隔壁就可以租機車，且房客還有優惠喔。感人的是在房間弄丟了三千泰銖過了兩天還找的回來。下次絕對會再入住。

Hotel ini terletak strategis, dekat dengan Gerbang Chiang, hanya menyeberang. Ada malam hari di dekat Gerbang Chian, ada pasar malam yang menjual makanan khas Chung Mau. Harga hotel ini cukup murah, kamar dan kamar mandinya luas. Di bawah hotel-villa ini terdapat penyewaan motor. Rose harganya sampai 200 bath per hari. Isi bensin juga bisa di sini, 50 bath untuk isi setengah dan 100 bath sampai full. Saran saya isi full kalau kamu akan main ke daerah Doi Suthep dan Khun Chang Ki.

Pros close to the Chiang Mai Gate and Saturday street market. Clean. Rooms away from the street have balconies overlooking a car park. Staff is helpful. Cons noisy due to tiled corridor and huge gaps under door. Thin walls you can hear next door. Hard beds and pillows. Lift is between floors. You either have to walk up or down a set of stairs to get to your room. Very tired and scruffy decor

Overall, this hotel is affordable and clean. We wanted a family room for 23 people, and the family room which is actually two join rooms was ideal. The beds weren't great, but they weren't the worst we've ever had in Thailand. The hotel is conveniently located next to Chiang Mai Gate and close to a fantastic nightly food market. Parking on the street is readily available for a rental car.

Good for a cheap stay. Wasn’t staffed adequately- no one in the office when ever I went there. Lifts are between floors- so you will still need to lift bags up stairs.

It was what I paid for. Not better not worse. Can come back again, no problemos exept some noicy people in the morning, staff or guest I dont know but they scream instead of talking but that happens a bit everywhere and it is something humans should correct in themself.
