Once more, thank you to the orchidacea staff for a pleasant stay and a warm greeting. You'll meet an ideal, cheerful, helpful, and always smiling staff at orchidacea, which means a lot to have an amazing vacation the hotel has with a nice ambiance, near the beach and restaurants this year the hotel handled the corona situation very well. The staff have been open for improvement and have been able to help their gust with a smile, which is very much appreciated if you want a fantastic vacation and haven't booked a hotel yet, we hereby send the warmest recommendations to orchidacea resort kata beach best wishes from Birch Hansen.

The place is amazing because the staff are so attentive and ready to answer any queries. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was also very tasty with the view of the sea. Will be back again in the future.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely area. The beaches are spectacular from this place. The rooms are spacious and have comfy beds. It was a lovely touch to receive free robes and slippers. It is also nice to have a free beach shuttle, but it doesn't need to be a long walk on foot. Other accommodations had little noise. The pool area is lovely, and every day, you are given free beach towels, shower gel shampoo, and two bottles of water. I heartily advise you to stay here.

I spent 2 weeks here and believe me, it isn't a 4-star hotel, but barely a 3-star one. Cleaning service is not done properly, shower gel is not refilled, sheets changed in 2 weeks, just towels! Breakfast is good quality, but not much variety and refill is so slow it makes you give up. Stairs are a nightmare, doors are old wooden doors that make noise every time there is wind, no window that opens, no insect net on the balcony door so the only option to cool the air was to have air conditioning 247. The internet is slow and there are many roosters, so the connection goes from rooter to rooter, leaving you without a signal every 3 minutes. Also, prepare to take a cold water if you want to shower later in the evening. The position is excellent, walking distance from Kata and Baron. Late check out is not available we had our transfer at 1900 but they said the room was sold, so I thought the hotel was full but the booking showed availability.

In February, we spent eleven nights at this hotel. We got a great value for money from our reservations at the front desk. Our rooms were at the top of the resort and there were many steps involved, but our husband and I are in our mid-60s and found them easy enough. There are rooms on a lower level, so if your not mobile, don't be put off. Every day, the room was cleaned to a high standard. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away by a short cut marked by signs. We wouldn't think twice about returning to Kata the following year. Another thank you for a wonderful vacation. John jackie smiths.

Set on a hill, Orchidacea Resort - Kata Beach offers views of Andaman Sea and Kata Beach. It provides air-conditioned rooms, a pool and fitness room. A free shuttle service to Kata Beach is offered 3 times daily.

It is a 5-minute walk to Kata Beach and Kata Village Center. By car, it will take 15 minutes' to lively Patong Beach, 25 minutes' to Phuket Town and 50 minutes' to Phuket International Airport.

Most of Orchidacea's rooms have a balcony. They also come with satellite TV, mini-bar, tea/coffee maker and private bathroom with hair dryer. Select rooms offer views of the sea from the balcony.
