Very satisfied with the service and facilities. The hotel keeper was very accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Even though there was a language barrier, she tried her best to assist us. Will definitely be my go to place if i came here again. Stable internet connection. Stable internet connection. Cheap hotel, a five-star experience. Ideal place to stay.

Yes, its actually in the city center, within walking distance of the night and norning market. All good except you have to walk up to the room. Air conditioning can be better controlled for comfort rather than locking at the temperature.

Pros include a strategic location, a clean environment, a private bathroom, and a cool air conditioner. Cons include paying for a double room, but offering us a single bed room instead. We stay on the highest 5th floor, and there is no lift. The water pipe is loose. We are reluctant to use the towels because they have a small stain on them. We borrowed a hair dryer from them, but we only received cold air. However, after that, they changed it for us. Cons the same price can be obtained at a better hotel.

We arrived here the day before cny in the morning and thought about dropping off our bags and starting the day. The receptionist was very nice and checked if the room was available for us to check in early (8.30 am). I was really happy we chose this place for my first trip to hat yai. The location is very convenient as it is in the middle of everything and has food nearby. The best part was that because we were traveling by bus from malaysia, the dropoff point was on the same block as the hotel. Bravo for the great hospitality!.

Excellent service and pricing. The owner is very friendly and can give you good pricing. Its better to walk in over the counter and get a lower price than book online. A 100 to 300 baht difference. Strategic location makes this place a goto accommodation. Friendly reminder, do not be too snobby demanding this and that, be kind to the staff and always remember this is not a 5 star hotel. If you want topnotch service, go to a 5 star hotel.

The location is close to bus stop kkl. There is no need to search far. Can accommodate 6 people including 2 children. The room is spacious, and there is bakuteh and chicken rice just around the corner. Ask the receptionist and they will tell you. There is no lift, just walk the stairs.

I had a pleasant stay. The bedroom is simple, spotless, and has a working hot shower and cold air conditioning. Lee garden is nearby. The host is amiable.
