Checkin was perfect, staff was very courteous and answered all our questions. The room was lovely and clean. During our stay, the staff tidied up our room and replaced our towels even though we didn’t need them to. The included breakfast choices were all delicious and plentiful. Their barista made great coffee drinks. The front desk were helpful in giving advice on taxis services available.

We loved this place! Felt like home. Very friendly, capable, and competent staff. We stayed a week and had a lovely room that opened onto the beautiful pool area. Breakfast was tasty, although limited choices. Good food. Such a great location in the old city. Clean and beautiful!

파스텔 호텔 후기 친구들과 함께 태국 치앙마이 여행 중 파스텔 호텔에서 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠어요! 호텔은 규모는 작지만 직원분들 모두 너무나도 친절해서 처음부터 마지막까지 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 무료라는 점이 마음에 들었는데, 세 가지 세트 메뉴 중에서 선택할 수 있어요. 무료 제공임에도 불구하고 맛과 퀄리티가 기대 이상이었어요. 하루를 든든하게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 방의 청결 상태는 정말 완벽했어요. 모든 공간이 반짝반짝 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 안심하고 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔 전체적으로 아늑하고 가족 같은 따뜻한 분위기가 느껴져 여행 내내 편안했어요. 치앙마이를 여행할 계획이라면 파스텔 호텔을 강력 추천합니다! 다음에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶네요.

We would definitely stay there again. Lovely, peaceful hotel in the heart of chiang mai. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. The hotel is very clean overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Old Town. Bed was very comfy and room was modern and clean. Pool was refreshing although a little too public right off the lobby and restaurant. Staff was lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Incredible value for the cost.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chiang mai. I recently stayed at the Pastell Oldtown hotel in Chiang mia, Thailand from January 4 to 4, 2024. This hotel was in a great location and less than 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very clean and i appreciated the friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing!.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy. Breakfast options are limited, but the sandwiches they offer are quite nice. Great base for exploring the beautiful city of chiang mai.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. We selected this hotel on Expedia because they listed themselves as welcoming service animals, and they were true to their word. My wife is blind and uses a guide dog for mobility. Despite a disability-accessibility law, most hotels, restaurants and stores in Thailand do not comply with the law. We've also had hotels reject us for having a trained guide dog, even after advertising themselves as accepting them. Pastell Old Town quickly confirmed that we were welcome. Many thanks to the staff at Pastell for a great visit to Chiang Mai.

We had a great time staying at the Pastell hotel with our two children! The location is very central, but on a quiet street, close to many restaurants, wats, markets, and more. The staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful. We loved the family room with the loft and found it very comfortable, although the stairs up to the loft are steep and not suitable for young children! The pool is small and quite cold, but it was perfect for an afternoon cool off dip. I really loved the decor - it was such a calm and beautiful environment. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient, and there was a very nice selection of items. This was one of my favorite places we stayed during our trip and i would definitely recommend it!.

Hotel kecil yang bagus di kota tua Chiang Mai. Pelayanan yang sangat baik, staf yang sangat ramah dan kamar kami selalu dibersihkan dengan baik. Kamar kami cukup kecil. Untuk dua orang dan dua koper besar, itu sudah menjadi batas. Kami tinggal di sini selama 3 malam dan Anda dapat menangani ukuran ruangan. Ada kolam kecil yang bagus. Cukup untuk bersantai. Sayangnya, sarapan prasmanan sangat mudah dikelola. Lokasi hotel bagus karena tenang dan 15 menit berjalan kaki ke Walking Street atau Pasar Malam. Secara keseluruhan kami sangat puas. Kami pasti akan memesan di sini lagi untuk kunjungan singkat berikutnya. Terima kasih kepada staf yang ramah!
