The hotel is humble. We requested connecting rooms because we are a group of five, but there were some misunderstandings, so we were given side by side rooms instead, but they werent connected. Probably they dont have such things here because it is a quiet old hotel. The outside looked like it had just been renovated. Although the building has aged, the room is fairly clean. The bed is also comfortable. There is a fridge and tv in the room. There is no hair dryer in the room, maybe can request, didnt try. The room has a balcony. Locationwise, it takes about 10 minutes to get to most tourist attractions because it is between lee gardens hotel and asean night bazaar. Its also only a 12minute walk from nora plaza (souvenir shop). Only a 5minute walk away are two conveniece stores 7Eleven and mini big c mar. They didnt provide an iron and ironing board, but they were kind enough to help me iron my clothes using their steam iron in the laundry room. Maybe can consider bringing a travel iron next time. The staff is friendly, but the receptionist could only understand minimal english and didnt speak malay. However, the housekeeper did speak malay to us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Saya menginap di hotel ini dengan kamar yang bagus dan luas, fasilitas yang diberikan juga sangat lengkap dan terawat, hanya saja akses menuju hotel ini cukup sulit karena harus menempuh perjalanan sejauh 400 meter.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini. Saya menginap pada jam 1 pagi sampai 2 pagi, saat itu saya sedang jalan-jalan dan kondisi liver saya sakit sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur. Saya harus berlari dengan cepat untuk mencari hotel yang berisik. Kamarnya juga tidak berisik. Saya dapat mendengar semua orang berbicara di dalam kamar.
