Tanggal, kamar: tempat tidurnya bagus, semua pintu terkunci, toilet berada di belakang shower, jadi kalau ada yang mandi, kakimu basah tapi ada balkon yang sangat berguna untuk perokok. Kolam renang: 2 kolam renang, keduanya bagus, tidak terlalu istimewa. Pelayanan: staf super ramah, sangat membantu, pelayanan baik. Sarapan terlalu sedikit. Lokasi: di luar kota jadi cukup sepi, tapi semuanya mudah diakses dengan taksi.

The Rainforest Hotel is so beautiful and the amenities are great! I stayed only for 1 night but it makes you feel as if you are in your own lush upscale jungle paradise. The food at the restaurant is delicious and fair prices and the breakfast is unbeatable, with lots of variety for any adventurous or picky eater! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be staying there again when I come back to Chiang Mai

Overall this was my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. It has a wonderful atmosphere and a great escape from the busy city. The location of the hotel was pretty far from the main visiting areas, but the hotel provides shuttles and there are taxis everywhere. The pool was clean and tranquil. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating. The room was clean and peaceful. My friends and I loved this hotel!

Loved the vibe of the hotel and the pool was lovely. Rooms could do with a bit of maintenance and on site restaurant was a bit meh. Free breakfast buffet was good. Would have been nice to have had more than one door key too

We loved our stay. Friendly, fast service, great laundry service, comfortable room, lovely pool area, wonderful restaurant. My only criticism is the room only had a window towards the back bathroom area. The bedroom quarters did not have a window, so it was dark all day. Made it hard to wake in the morning. But overall, lovely time. Would recommend. Great free shuttle daily to markets!
