The hotel is situated in a relatively peaceful area. Lamai beach is served by a shuttle bus. The breakfast is quite customized. The hotel is decent all around.

Saya mendapat kamar 106 dengan kolam renang pribadi di depan pantai. Semuanya luar biasa, termasuk ukuran, suasana, kebersihan, dan pemandangan. Sarapan dan makan malam juga sangat memuaskan. The room was very spacious and had a great view! The staff were lovely and provided a great atmosphere! The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international cuisine but the restaurants had unexpected food quality and very high prices. For example, one day you have a perfect vegetarian burger the next day the burger is weak and unflavoured. Apart from that, the pool has great views of the pristine ocean and the poolside bar is also great!.

The pool beach villa is fantastic. However, the rooms in the back are not, as you have to cross a street to access the beach, pool, and breakfast.

I had an excellent experience in a villa. Its possible to say that i am in Thailand. Each villa has its own private pool, and the hotel is tastefully decorated in a traditional balinese manner. This property has two restaurants and a pool bar. One restaurant serving thai cuisine for the entire day. Additionally, you may enjoy a sunset supper at the thai restaurant.

This place is ideal for large families or two families looking to stay together, it is spacious and cozy, yet it offers privacy when closed with the sliding doors. While the price may be a bit high, the environment is truly delightful. The private swimming pool is small, but suitable for small children, and its conveniently located just a few steps from the beach, which is exactly what i enjoy.

We had an amazing 10day stay at the Renaissance hotel with the allinclusive package. The reception was instrumental in helping us arrange additional activities, such as boat tours, and provided great recommendations. The gym was wellequipped with all the necessary facilities, making it a worthwhile visit during our stay.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the private beach was wonderful. It was an amazing experience that we will never forget. Renaissance kh samani, especially for events, is highly recommended. My husband and i had a private wedding ceremony here in march, and everything was even better than we could have imagined! Ant was wonderful to work with and coordinated everything from the ceremony details to the officiant meeting, a private dinner on the beach, and a honeymoon breakfast for us. We had already booked travel plans around Thailand, which limited our flexibility, but ant was able to make everything work. She even booked a lastminute spa appointment for me the day we arrived. The entire staff was wonderful and even participated in celebrating us during the ceremony. The attention to detail was amazing, and the beach sunset was surreal and the perfect backdrop for our wedding.

Layanan sulit dijelaskan dengan kata-kata, jika saya bisa, saya akan mengajak semua orang. Saya sangat ingin menyewa karyawan ini. Saya jarang merasakan begitu banyak keramahan, bantuan, dan kegembiraan dari tamu, dan saya adalah ahlinya. Saat kami check-in, kami ditanya tentang preferensi kami (kami vegan) dan alergi (sayangnya cukup banyak). Itu tidak terjadi pada saya! Saya bisa datang untuk sarapan dan jika ragu, alternatifnya disiapkan khusus untuk saya! Pintu terbuka jika kita melihatnya dari kejauhan. Kami melanjutkan dengan petugas kebersihan yang sangat bersih dan teliti (seperti dua kali sehari). Tapi kami adalah tamu yang bersih sehingga dia tidak pernah terluka. Tak lama kemudian, petugas kebersihan tiba di kolam dan membawa air serta handuk dingin dan lembap. Air dapat diisi ulang terus-menerus dan handuk tersedia gratis di kolam renang. Ngomong-ngomong, ini benar-benar indah, sama seperti kompleks! Tentu saja kami adalah tamu yang sangat menyenangkan, tetapi saya juga memperhatikan banyak hal. Sebaliknya, kami berdua tidak kecewa. Jarang sekali kami begitu terkesan oleh setiap karyawan dari awal hingga akhir. Dan fasilitas, kamar, sarapan menjadikan liburan yang sempurna. Tidak ada yang lebih baik! Bersulang!

We will definitely be back / will recommend you to our friends in the meantime. Renaissance kh samani made our honeymoon the most memorable it could have been. We visited a few hotels over the course of our trip, and this was by far the best! We were blown away by the incredibly attentive and caring customer service more than anything. The icing on top was that it was also a pristine resort in paradise! Thank you so much to everyone who made our honeymoon so special! From the bar staff who gave us beautiful leaving treats and our own personalized drinks (incredible bartenders) and photos, to the operations manager who gave us a beautiful upgraded villa, to the banana tree restaurant wait staff and chefs, who went out of their way to teach me how to make thai tea! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had such a beautiful stay that we will never forget for the rest of our lives! One of the best resorts we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! I would like to share my experience here. The service of every staff is very friendly and helpful. Particularly when we arrived, the receptionist white is very large and caring. I really enjoyed my time here with my boyfriend and the birthday celebration here. And i highly recommend the restaurants beside the resort, both are very delicious and valuable. I wont regret my experience here. Thank you guys for the great service.

Kami senang tinggal di hotel ini! Lokasinya bagus tepat di pantai dekat Lamai dan dua restoran dengan makanan enak. Kolam renangnya luar biasa dan kamar kami (dengan kolam renang pribadi) juga mimpi! Staf selalu sangat ramah dan membantu. Pijat di spa juga direkomendasikan. Hotel ini menawarkan bus antar-jemput ke Lamai dan Chaweng atau penyewaan skuter dan mobil.

Sarapannya enak! Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kami makan di restoran makanan laut suatu malam, meskipun kami telah melakukan reservasi terlebih dahulu, meja kami belum siap. Kemudian ditutup setelah lebih dari 30 menit. Layanan ini sangat lambat, tapi bagus. Makanannya enak meskipun harus menunggu lama. Sayang sekali jika Anda membuat reservasi khusus dan meninggalkan kesan buruk. Kami akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada semua orang. Vila kolam renangnya luar biasa!
