พื้นห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด แต่การบริการและการแก้ปัญหา รวดเร็ว พนักงานเป็นมิตร อาหารเช้าถึงแม้จะไม่ใช่บุพเฟ่ต์ในครั้งนี้แต่ก็จัดให้ลูกค้าเต็มที่ซึ่งเป็นการไม่เอาเปรียบลูกค้า ดีมากๆไม่ผิดหวังที่เลือกเข้าพักที่นี่

We originally only chose this since it was close to the airport and we were flying early the next morning, however we ended up really enjoying our stay! All rooms face the ocean. Spectacular ocean and pool views (although we did not swim in the ocean, we did enjoy the pool). Staff was nice and we ended up in a large room with one King bed and one twin for two people. Not sure how much there is to do around here since we only stayed one night but the hotel does offer a nice and affordable restaurant.

The bathroom, despite its clean appearance, appears to be in very outdated condition because there is no barrier in the shower, making the bathroom floor prone to getting extremely wet. There was also no hot water in the three other rooms, which was very strange. The to only has local channels. For two nights of business travel, I stayed at the royal shall cliff beach resort. The primary consideration of the hotel is proximity to the business in the neighborhood. And it is intended to be the best hotel in the area. When I first arrived, the building had an impressive open-air lobby and excellent lighting. But upon entering the room, what a pleasant initial impression I had was immediately disappear. Based on other evaluations, I was perhaps fortunate to be assigned in the main building because it is easily accessible and in better working order. Even then, the condition frequently degrades. Although the space is large and spotless, I couldn't make any effort to observe the details and would never claim that it lacks enough light. I asked the personnel to change the spotlight above the TV because it had broken. They put a table lamp in front of the to when I returned. We were prompted to ask for an upgrade upon arrival, which ruffled the alarm bells. We decided to take a look at the original room, which was a branch on the shore with no direct access to the shore and very low to no wifi, the main building for the upgrade roomThe original rooms were ok but quite difficult to get too with lots of stairs, a bridge, and a lift. The original air conditioning looked fairly new, and the room had a decent view, we decided to take the upgraded, which was much larger and closer to the restaurant, pool, and car park. We chose to look at the upgrade, which was much larger and closer to the restaurant, pool, and parking lot. Only one internal ceiling light, which was in the corner of the room, was oddly no bedside lighting, making the room very dark on a night. The air conditioning was probably the original, and while cool enough, it was very loud, the bathroom had no toilet or tissue paper. Given the paintwork and the condition of the furnishings, the hotel itself has seen better days and has been left to deteriorate for a while. I was eating breakfast the following morning and the same lady asked me if my wife was coming down for breakfast, I said I was to whom she replied she should be quick because the restaurant was stopping at 10 am. My wife had to inform her that it was actually 8.

The hotel below my expectations. The photographs appear fantastic, but the room is bad! They moved us to a room that faced the beach. The door to the room was made of cheap wood, which is very easy to break with one kick. Although this is a hotel, the room appears to be a cheap guesthouse. As an aside, there are mosquitoes everywhere on the balcony. Therefore, use repellent. The setting is filthy. Not recommended, especially the beach-facing rooms. The staff was a letdown. Wifi was too slow. One more thing, because it is far from the main road, taxi reservations are difficult. Thanks! If you are planning to book at this hotel, do not anticipate a lot. The only buffet breakfast was decent..

In December 2020, I spent a long weekend here. Large rooms and a fantastic balcony with breathtaking sea views are among the many reasons why the stay did not go well. As a result of the internet issue, I got a meeting with the resident manager, and she seemed proactive and practical. She did manage to solve the issue, though it took about five hours. I bumped into her at checkout, and she knew I wasn't happy with my stay, but she spoke well and offered an olive branch, stating that if I came back, I would book a room and then write to her, so she would take care of us. I made the decision in March to give this place another shot, so I reserved a room and wrote to the resident manager to take advantage of her offer to take care of us. I wanted building I because it has the most views and was informed it was fully filled I later discovered it was being renovated, but they determined lying was preferable to just the true truth. I made a direct reservation because that was what the resident manager asked for. This was more expensive than papplication, but I had anticipated that you would receive the typical hotel management offer, perhaps a room upgrade, a free drink, or a free dinner. 2024年々始にタイ人の親族と５名で３部屋に三泊いたしました。私(日本人)の印象としては、かつて栄えたであろう在りし日の面影を残したリゾートホテルといったところでしょうか。良い意味で寂れています。３部屋ともダブルルームでしたが WベッドとSベッドが一つづつあり、かなり広く同行者は皆驚いていました。英語を話すフロントスタッフも数人(親切)いますし、朝食会場のレストランスタッフにも一人(貴重)いました。ホテル名の通りクリフの斜面に建てられていますので、海岸端のビルディングでなくても海は問題無く見ることができました。ビーチに建てられている棟は、リノベーション中で今年の春か秋にリニューアルオープンとのことでした。３箇所あるプールの内の一つもメンテナンス中でクローズでしたが、ビーチに最も近いプールは小さいですがインフィニティプールです。このクラスのホテルが、朝食抜き･日本円で5〜7,000円ならばリピート有りですよね。(朝食は 300tb、タイ料理と洋食がそれぞれ３種類づつ。私は、ふた朝エスプレッソだけを飲みに行ったらサービスだとして請求されませんでした。) 周辺には素敵な飲食店もありますが、車でおみえにならない方はレンタカー･レンタルバイク･Taxi･Grabなどの手配をお忘れなく。ちなみにバンチャン市街地まではグラブタクシーで、日中は往復300tb･夜間は 500tbでした。ラヨーン県バンチャン地区に宿泊するならば、私的にはお勧めです。タイ最高!!
