A cash security deposit of THB 500 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Pet‑Friendly Room Policy

• Pet‑friendly accommodation is available exclusively in Deluxe Lakeside Rooms only.
• Only dogs and cats are permitted. Each pet must not exceed 5 kilograms, with a maximum of two pets per room.
• A pet fee of THB 500 per animal per night applies.
• A security deposit of THB 2,000 per room is required. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check‑out, provided no damage is found.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and for properly disposing of pet waste in both guest rooms and public areas.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or mattresses.
• Pets are not permitted inside restaurants or meeting rooms and may only be brought into designated outdoor seating areas.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
• The property reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees or deduct from the security deposit if the room is found to be in an unsuitable condition, in accordance with the property’s terms of service.
• Pets must be kept on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier when in common areas.
