We stayed in February 2025 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The water park is a bit run down but our child had a great time at it. The airplane viewing point was also very cool. We were there for three days which was enough time for us. The food was OK but we preferred to eat just off resort in the few local restaurants that surrounded the area. Overall it was a great location.

Great stay for our family of 4. Large family room. Easy shuttle service to get around. Delicious meals at the beach restaurant for very reasonable prices. Water park was fantastic. Plus beautiful swimming pools and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente maravilhosa, ficamos lá por 3 diárias, o resort é sensacional, além de muito conforto nos quartos, o atendimento da equipe do hotel é espetacular, a locomoção dentro do resort é tranquila tanto a pé, quanto com os carrinhos elétricos que passam constantemente, o parque aquático é maravilhoso, com opções para todas as idades, e a praia é espetacular, com água cristalina e quente, e o melhor de tudo, para quem ama aviação, a cabeceira da pista, fica ao lado do resort, menos de 100 metros da praia do resort, você poderá fazer vídeos e fotos sensacionais com os aviões pousando sobre sua cabeça!!! Amamos nos hospedar no resort, com certeza voltaremos!!

굉장히 만족스러운 리조트였습니다. 리조트 내 워터파크에서 아이들이 오랜 시간 즐겁게 시간을 보냈고, 해변으로 나가면 공항에 착륙하는 비행기를 정말 가까이서 볼 수 있어서 가족들과 기념 사진도 찍었습니다. 이층침대 사다리가 불편하게 돼있고, 옆이 뚫려 있어서 아이들이 떨어질 위험이 있습니다.

I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options. It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast. Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking.

Child safe environment with fun activities like the water park which we enjoyed a lot. Spread across a large area, relaxing quiet hotel to enjoy. Rooms are spacious Some improvements: Hotel never replies to Expedia messages. Our toilet started spreading some gas regardless how many times housekeeping cleans it.

I was travelling with children and stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. I was initially concerned and going to cancel because travel made us a day late and they would not allow me to cancel in advance (despite Expedia advertising you could cancel up to 24 hours before and we were well within this limit) and would charge us a cancellation fee equivalent to our entire stay. Despite this hiccup we checked in a day late and stayed for 2 nights. The property is lovely. Well maintained, and huge. Golf cart service was very convenient and quick If you didn’t feel like walking to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast included in our stay was great. Lots of choices and good quality. Not super hot, but typical for buffet. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the a/c worked well. The beach access was very convenient and was beautiful to swim, watch the sunset or the airplanes land. We thought it would be really noisy with airplane traffic, but wasn’t a problem in our building. The service at the resort was great - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The water park was fun. Lots of great slides … hours of entertainment for the children with almost zero wait/lineups when we went. The water park is in need of some maintenance. Tiles falling off, etc., in need of some paint, for example. staff were friendly. This hotel received a trip advisor rating of 8.5 and I’d say this is exactly right. Would recommend.

Check in was a nightmare my room was not ready I waited over 2 hours and I was given a room I didn’t choose. My room didn’t have towels it took them 2 hours to bring any. I would call the lobby 2-3 times no answer I wouldn’t stay here again

About Splash Beach Resort, Mai Khao Phuket

Set in the peaceful Mai Khao Beach, Splash Beach Resort, Maikhao Phuket features functional and comfortable accommodation on the northwest coast of Phuket, stretching along 11 kilometres. Surrounded by spacious landscaped gardens, a range of on-site restaurants and bars and a large conference centre.

Featuring a variety of accommodations including rooms, suites, penthouses and villas, each modern unit offers free WiFi and views of tropical gardens, the pool or Andaman Sea. Flat-screen TVs with cable channels are provided. Selected rooms are fitted with a balcony and a kitchen.

Splash Jungle Water Park is open Daily from Sunday to Monday ( 10.00-17.45 hrs). At the water park, guests can enjoy exciting rides such as Boomerango, a six-level wave pool and an aqua play pool for children. For those looking for a relaxing water park tour, a 335-metre lazy river is where they can float around and enjoy the place. The resort also has a sandy pool with direct access to the beach.


Eight dining options serving authentic Thai and international cuisine await guests at the resort. Drinks and light snacks are also available.

The nearest airport is Phuket International Airport, approximately a 15-minute drive away.
