Firstly, checkin was quick and easy. Next they say they don't have a lift/elevator but they do so you dont have to carry your bags up and down flights of stairs. My room faced the roadway and train line and was a little noisy however it wasn't that loud and I slept fine. Room is nice, it's not huge but more than big enough, especially considering the price and honestly how much time are you going to spend in the room. 7/11 convenience store next door, Terminal 21 mega shopping mall is a 10min walk straight down the road, Nana train station is literally 2min walk (maybe less). Wifi worked fine and room facilities were nice. Bangkok is hot so a pool to relax in would be nice but is what it is. Staff were always happy to help.

The location of the Hotel is Perfect. It is next to Nana BTS, which gives me access to all the major shopping areas and other commercial and governmental offices. The Hotel staff are friendly and quite courteous. Security is good. The room is adequate for one person, and even though the are are no windows, the use of mirrors keeps the room well lite. There is no street noise or loud neighbors.
