The rooms are amazing. Private with a private pool. Very spacious rooms and ensuites. Feels very secure. Breakfast was terrible. Always cold and very few options.

We spent one night there. A nice location for a large gathering of groop. Around sand, there is surrounded by ponds four bedrooms and eat toom. We had incredibly wonderful weekend in and out of the pool area.

The staff is friendly. After, theres a large restaurant on site and i can shop at the reception. Subsequently, the room is spotless and cozy. Thereafter, price is amazing. Hereafter for the location close to kata beach.

Everything else is fine, save for the remote location and the lack of air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, baking tray, tableware, and pans. It is suitable for multifamily vacations!.

The location is a bit far from the beach. And then, they provide four villas with pool. After that, the place is very good for group parties. Subsequently, this villa is really nice setup for party parties like this.

The staff is very kind, but their english is basic. Beds are very comfortable, bed linen is clean and towels are regularly replaced with new ones. Bathroom shower is large and perfect! Rooms also very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is in poor condition, there were no knives and there werent enough plates and glasses. However, we received almost everything after asking except knives. Floor cleaning was not sufficient. There is no store within walking distance. Our children got some marks on their skin after leaving the pool so we didnt use it much and also couldnt be 100% sure this was because of the swimming. Maybe a beach chair would be nice to have near the pools edge.

This hotel is ideal for a family or if you are traveling with dozens of friends. Its quiet and private, which makes people dont want to leave, but renting rented limos is preferable to go there. The location is convenient for visiting the attractions.

This villa has a private pool that can be used to meet the needs of many relatives like us. The room is spacious and the price is reasonable. I will come back to stay here again. It is located near tourist attractions and shops. Parking for cars and motorcycles is also convenient.

A little out of the way. About a 30minute scooter ride from patong. However, the rooms are nice, with air conditioning and clean king beds. Nice area, you can see the big buda from the street all lit up at night. The general area is nice and there are many bars, restaurants, and hotels within 5 minutes by scooter.
